Just your average three star hotel - although I would rate it a bit lower... say 2 1/2 stars. Rooms descent. Breakfast good with a large buffet. Terrible coffe. BUT - the location is excellent. You can't really be more in the middle of Granada.

Although nice location and very good staff the hotel needs work is noisy, beds are uncomfortable very very noisy, i stayed and i was unable to sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of this hotel once we got off the taxi (by the way is pretty close to the Granada Train station as well - it just cost us 5 euros by taxi)

The hotel is right in the centro (downtown) and extremely close to pretty much everything you want to see in Granada. And by close I mean you can literally walk to everywhere - we walked to the shopping district, cathedral, the albacyn as well as the Al Hambra.

As for the quality, we were really happy with the service as well as the amenities inside the room. We asked for a street facing room which had a little balcony. It was really nice.

Everyone at the concierge was extremely polite and very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Granada.

Myself and my Partner stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in August. Hotel was very central with loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The city tour bus goes from the street the hotel is on. Our room was large enough, clean and did the job. We didnt have any breakfast at the hotel so i cant comment. We didnt have any problems with this hotel and would stay here again.
