Not a four star by English standards, however, still a clean hotel. The pool could have been better if there was music and a bar. The restaurant was clean and the food not bad. Staff very helpful and recommended other restaurants to eat in. Great hotel for couples but nothing there for children.

Located near the Alhambra, but it is still hills, not for the unfit, location is ideal even for the city, busses run till 11.00 pm every few minutes, breakfast was ok coffee was very poor, we tried the BBQ but the floor was not cleaned not up to some 4 staR STANDARDS hence NO EXCELLENT MARK not all rooms are spacious, make sure you specify, also not many balconies. WE WILL GO BACK IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT NEXT TIME WE ARE IN GRANADA. parking was as a special rate in the Alhambra car park 11.50 euro per night

I finally chose this hotel after horror stories of driving and parking in old town Granada, and it was an excellent choice. It is an easy walk to both the Alhambra and the bus stop to get a ride down to Plaza Neuva and the old part of town. It is easy to drive to the hotel (follow the Alhambra signs) and the front desk personnel speaks English. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we were pleased with our stay. Room rates seemed to be comparable to what I was seeing in the old town area.

We arranged to see Alhambra when it opened (8:30 a.m.), so this location was ideal for us.
