The only good thing to say about this hotel is it is in a great location for the Alhambra and the bus to town (which at 1 euro is dear, but worth using, espcially if it is hot) is close by. (To find it just follow signs to the carparks for the Alhambra.)
I don't know how it qualifies as three star though.
The bar is adequate as is the bar food, but you are still paying hotel bar prices.
The rooms are cramped and hot - the airconditioning was turned off at night - but it was so noisy that it was probably a relief. (Although at 32c at night it was very uncomfortable - and you couldn't leave the wondows open because of the genrator and the fields -we got badly bitten the night we tried.) It may be a hotel better used in spring or autumn when it isn't 40c+.
However, I guess for the location it it is cheap - we paid just under £100 for two nights - and the breakfast was OK. So if you want to see Granada - and especially the Alhambra - the Guadeloupe is fine for a bargain break. But it is no holiday treat.
