Location is perfect..very central and surrounded by wonderful parks and only a 20 minute walk away from shopping area or a 3 minute bus ride. Hotel was very clean and food was divine! Receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Will surely choose this hotel gain for another stay in Granada.

Room Tip: Rooms opposite the lift have a balcony but inside ones are larger

We stayed here as part of a tour, but it turns out to be a nice hotel.

It's not close to the Albaicin or the Alhambra, but it is right in town and there are plenty of shops and parks nearby. The street is a mall of sorts and people are constantly walking by, so it's interesting and feels safe.

The rooms are neat and clean. The lobby and lounge are very nicely decorated and neat. The wifi works well in the lobby. We only stayed one night, so we didn't get to experience everything.

The breakfast was okay, but disappointing for non-continentals. The coffee machines in Europe are slow and don't really have a setting that equates to the kind of coffee you'd get in a North American restaurant. Bacon and eggs doesn't really exist. The bacon is some kind of salt pork that's really salty. This wasn't a problem at this hotel, it's the same at all the hotels we stayed at in Spain. Still, there was a lot of food, fresh fruit and plenty of pastries. Staff didn't speak any english (the bartender spoke a little), but were very helpful and accommodating. Also the elevators are slow, but that's not really out of the ordinary.

Overall, I'd recommend this place. It was better than average, but not great.

Room Tip: Lower rooms mean you don't have to wait for the elevator.

We stayed here for 2 nights in Jan as part of a coach trip to Granada so didn't pick the hotel our selves. We found it very good andf to be honest after reading Trip Advisor reviews were pleasantly surprised. Our room was on the 5th floor and although, not huge, was clean and warm and sufficient for our stay. Our window overlooked the central courtyard of the hotel so no view but also no street noise. The only noise we experienced was from other ignorant guests talking and laughing in the corridor late at night on one occasion. The room was very warm and we couldn't alter the radiators not a problem in Jan but could be if the weather outside had been warmer. There are no tea/coffee making facilities but there was a fridge so we could store soft drinks etc. The bathroom was very clean, although the position of the bidet could have made sitting on the loo difficult for a large person or anyone with mobility problems, particularly during the night when half asleep! Breakfast was fine with lots of options: cereals, fruit, yogurts, juices, pastries, toast (decent toaster for once!), cold meats, cheeses, eggs, bacon, sausage, beans etc. Tea and coffee was via a machine and there was a good selection of different teas. Having read other reports my husband was expecting bad coffee but found it fine. The staff were very pleasant and polite and the location perfect as it is in easy walking distance of bus routes and taxi ranks although we walked everywhere! 10 mins walk takes you to loads of restaurants and bars as usual the ones on the back streets provide better value for money. As we didn't book the hotel ourselves we have no idea about value for money, although we were more than happy with the total cost of our package so presumably it is good. We would use again and recommend to others.

Room Tip: 5th floor was fine for us and we weren't near lifts.

We were here on a tour, and were very excited to learn that dinner would be paella Valenciana, the dish that Valencia is famous for. Things didn't start well at check in, when our "non-smoking" room smelled of smoke, and had an ashtray prominently displayed. We complained, and they switched us to a very nice suite, even though they said the original room couldn't possibly have an ashtray in it. Dinner was a brutal disappointment. After an incredible wait, they brought the paella out, and it was oily rice with 3 peas and 3 beans, and a few chicken bones. Dessert didn't happen until our tour director started yelling, and it was better only by comparison to the dinner. Maybe people not on a tour make out better, but this was a terrible experience.

We stayed here for a few days while visiting Granada, The hotel is on a very busy road, the Gran Via, but we didn't hear any traffic noise at night. It's not far from the Cathedral and the bus to the Alhambra Palace. Just behind the hotel is the road to the Albayzin, the Arab quarter which is very interesting and it's not far from the center of the city.
Our room was good, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom well provisioned with hairdrier and bath gels etc.

Negative points.. no kettle in the room.
The breakfast was not great either. I do not like having to make my own toast on one of those machines and the coffee came from a machine too. So if you get the coffee first, then do the toast it takes so long the coffee is cold, if you do the toast first the the coffee the toast is cold... I don't like that arrangemment. But there was plenty of coices at breakfast and the scrambled egg was good.

There is a bar at the hotel and that is okay, but I don't understand why they have the TV on AND music too?... One OR the other would be good... but both at the same time is just silly.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel after some of the comments. Rooms were very clean, maid service good, only negative was the bathroom which was rather cramped.

Staff were very helpful on reception, breakfast was good plenty of choice but like all the other reviews I must admit the coffee was the worst I have ever tasted.

Would definitely stay here again as the location was perfect, all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the lift as it can be noisy & take a travel kettle & coffee for you...
