Stayed here for two nights in late May, 2008. Perfect location - nice, clean, well run hotel - very attentive and courteous staff. Only downside is trying to drive to the property. Suggest one park at a public lot near El Corte Inglise on Gran Via and hoof it 10 minutes (without bags) to hotel for directions and inner-city driving waiver. Easy after that. (Parking cost 12-24 Euros a night depending on available garage - ask for NH hotel lot if available).

Hotel is all about location. One block from Plaza Nuevo, near lots of tapas bars, restaurants, turistic shopping. 10 minutes from "normal" shopping. 20 minutes (beautiful) walk to Alhambra. Easy to take the circular walk around the Alhambra in one hour without stops.

Very clean and accommodating. Got an immediate upgrade due to electrical problems in a basic room, so had a unique experience here- thanks Africa!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in March, 2008. All the ladies who manage the front-desk are fluent in various languages including English and helped us with our tour bookings, restaurant recommendations, etc. The room is of a reasonable size and the ensuite bathroom well quipped and is provided with basic toileteries.

They only have a cold buffet for the breakfast, but pastries are really good, dont leave much to complain. We paid about 90 Euros including tazes

We did overhear a gentleman complaining about the noise from the street though.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel is perfectly located for walking tours of Granada, the room was nice, but what made the difference was the staff. When my wife got sick in the middle of the night, Stephanie the night clerk took care of everything: she found a 24-hour pharmacy, described the symptoms, called a taxi and gave him instructions, and generally made everything go as smoothly as possible. Dealing with dosages and side effects in a foreign language is a traveller's nightmare. We were very relived to have everything come out OK.

|We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Anacapri. Kathy was extremely helpful with information about tickets for the Alhambra and we were close walking distance to wonderful tapas bars and evening paseos (just walking around).

We had an interior facing room and it was quiet. Breakfast was tasty and free with direct booking. The room was clean, bathroom was amazing (big fluffy white towels were like nothing else we had in Spain).

For those people who have complained about finding the hotel and parking, Granada is simply crazy to try to drive around no matter where your hotel is. Don't let reviews with these comments spoil your stay (or, stay somewhere on the outskirts of town if you will keep your car, or be prepared to spend 20 € a day on parking)

We did notice the smell that was reminiscent of old smoke--I think it may have been the automatic toilet disinfectant that we smelled in other places as well.

My parents are coming to Spain later this year and I will definitely tell them to stay here, and we will stay here again when we come back next.

This hotel is tucked away and finding it in a car is very difficult even with Sat Nav, it is easier to find on foot. The hotel has pleasant public area and is situated within walking distance of the centre of Granada, which is a busy bustling place. The room was ok but very small, the en-suite was fine and very clean. The breakfast was good if you got there early as they didn't seem to replace things when they had finished. There are probaly better hotels for the money in the vicinity.
