“Good location very noisy”

Everything within reasonable walking distance. Check in very slow and service adequate e.g no assistance offered with luggage and no advice on local area offered.

Room very noisy. Located on 2nd floor but could hear people on street talking and people in rooms next door clearly. In morning, doors on either side of room squeaking and banging constantly. This did not make for a relaxing stay.

On one evening, we returned from dinner to enjoy a drink in the bar, however, we had to ask for someone to come to the bar area to get our drinks, even though someone was working on reception and us arrive as well as others in the bar area.

We are pleased to know that our location was to your liking, but deeply regret that we did not completely fulfill your expectations and that you were not pleased with some aspects of your stay. In this regard we would like to inform you that we take note of each and every guest´s observation, complaint, suggestion and feedback, always with the aim of improving.
We are sorry, firstly, if your check-in took place at a very busy moment and took more time than normal. Likewise, we regret if upon your arrival there were no bell hops available to help you with your luggage and would like to inform you that this was probably due to them being occupied carrying out another service at the time. We are also sorry that the room you were assigned was not entirely to your liking. Those guests who for some reason are not happy with the room they are assigned can notify us and always, in so far as it is possible, our staff will offer a change, trying at all times to make their stay pleasant and enjoyable.
We work to satisfy our guests and their opinions are what always guide us in doing so. Thus we will take good note of yours in order to continue improving.

This hotel is located close to the heart of the city and you can easily walk to Gran Via. The hotel has excellent parking facilities and has great design features throughout. Our room was very peaceful with a great quality bed and bathroom facilities. We intend to re-visit Granada later in the year and will definitely use this hotel again!

This is a recently renovated 4* hotel in central Granada. Nice and clean room and bathroom, all with quite new materials. Not noisy at all (the room was facing a small street). Friendly staff. Good breakfast, with a variety of cold and hot foods. The only suggestion I can make is offering real freshly made orange juice for breakfast, instead of the one currently used (a quite common problem in Spain, by the way). I will return without hesitation, it is better that other hotels of similar category in the city.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. The location is great, within walking distance of the Albayzin district and also close to the department store El Corte Ingles for shopping.
The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the man working in the bar and in the restaurant at breakfast time. He was always very polite and had a good sense of humour.
The room we had was at the back of the hotel overlooking the hotel courtyard and restaurant.
It was extremely quiet and very nicely furnished. This hotel is very new and is extremely comfortable. For the price I honestly don´t think you will find anything better. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Granada. Just book it , you won´t be disappointed.

TIP There is a great tapas bar in the next road behind the hotel called LIZARRAN. While having a few drinks, various tapas are brought to your table to try. They are very cheap and it makes a good night out. Lots of atmosphere.

Stayed here recently, and the place is nice and clean and very central. Work booked me in and it seemed I wasn't eligible for breakfast, although my company said I was - nothing mentioned at check in though. The air-conditioning didn't seem to work, the room was also pretty cold. There's no happy atmosphere, and some of the staff are curt, although others are friendly. The management should encourage a more welcoming, warm atmosphere - this hotel is typical of those that think mirrors and chrome make for a special stay, they don't, friendly staff do. The guy on the bar did a good job, and the girl/guy check in staff where helpful - the rest of the check in staff at other times were pretty miserable.

We are sorry as well that you considered that the attention you received from our staff was not adequate. All of our staff are known for providing impeccable service and for always taking care of guest´s requests in order to provide them with a perfect stay, so we apologize if you felt that in your case it was not entirely like this.
Regarding our climate control system, we would like to mention that the hotel presets different modes of air conditioning and heating depending on the exterior air temperature and the preferences of the majority of our guests. Within these two climate modes, guests can individually adjust their room´s temperature using a thermostat. In any case, those guests who are not happy with their room´s temperature or have difficulties adjusting it can notify reception and our staff will be happy to assist them.

Hotel is excellent value for money, well located in the centre of town, and the staff are very helpful. Marble work in the lobby and stairs is beautiful. Not much going on in the public areas, cafe and lobby would be improved with a proper bar and some Spanish atmosphere. Rooms are very small, and there is literally nothing on the walls so completely lacking in character. Curtains are efficient so a help in resetting the body clock, but the street is a little noisy. Breakfast is fair, lots of calories, but ingredients are only mediocre. Wifi is free, but in some rooms is a bit slow. Bottom line, it's a good hotel - you are not going to find anything better anywhere for €60 per night.

We are sorry, as well, that you found our rooms small. In this regard we would like to clarify that we do have available three different types of rooms (individual, double and junior suite, as well as double rooms adapted for the handicapped) with the aim of adapting to the tastes and needs of our guests. We would also like to mention that all of our rooms meet the size requirements established by the relevant authorities for four star hotels.
In any case, those guests who for this or for any other reason are not happy with the room they have been assigned can notify us and always in so far as it is possible our staff will offer a change, trying at all times to make their stay be pleasant and enjoyable.
We also regret that the breakfast buffet was not to your liking. In this regard we would like to clarify that we always try to offer a varied selection of high quality products and that our breakfasts consist of, among other products, coffee, juices, fruit, cheeses, nuts, cold meats, pate, sobrassada, pastries, pies, breads, cereals, jams, honey, omelets, eggs, sausages, bacon and diet products.
We are sorry, lastly, for the problems you might have had with the wifi connection during your stay. In this respect we would like to let you know that the problems must have been due to a temporary problem that has already been solved. We apologize for the inconveniences and we are at your disposal for whatever you may need.

Very well located, good service and great breakfast. Negative points a bad smell at the entrance hall, occasionally and wifi dysfunction for one evening in the whole hotel...The lunch menu was also really good.
