“Lovely stay in Granada”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2012

We really liked our stay in that hotel. It is very well located, near all main attractions and near restaurants and stores. It was really appreciated to be able to go back to our room during the day. The hotel is very clean and comfy. Even though it's in the middle of the action, it was still very quiet inside. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with any of our request or questions. The only thing that could need a little work on is the wifi that did not really worked in the rooms. But, I would definitively go back to that hotel.

Great modern hotel near everything. Room was clean and it had a GREAT shower. All of the staff was very helpful, and they spoke english. This hotel is walking distance to the best tapas bars, Paseo del triste, alhambra, sacromonte, cathedral, tour bus stops, banks, restaurants, shopping, old quarters of town...etc!

Really enjoyed the stay. Staff was professional and helpful. Location was superb, though not easy to find. Excellent showers nice beds, good size room, there was a small desk upon which to divest your pockets at the end of the day. Super wine bar right behind the hotel.

This hotel was a welcomed surprise when we arrived. The hotel is a little hidden behind a row of shops and up a small road but once inside it is fresh and inviting and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night on our travels but wished we had booked longer.
The rooms are lovely and roomy. The beds are comfortable and well appointed and the furniture appears fairly new. This was a welcomed surprise after the small room in the old apartment we booked in Sevilla. The airconditioner worked well and the double glazed window stopped the noise from the busy street below. A good restful night was wonderful.

We could not have asked for the hotel to be in a better location. It was right in the middle of everything we wanted. The hotel is within walking distance to the Alhambra, although the walk there is uphill but enjoyable. There are many cafe's across the street from the hotel with a large variety of food to choose from. We had a fulll English breakfast at the cafe directly across the road from where the driveway to the front entrance of the hotel is for only 9.50 euros each which was very good.
Lots of great shops all within a 10 minute walk where some great bargains are to be had.

Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Loved the hotel, room, location and the efficient and friendly staff.

Nearly gave up on this place before we even found it. Didn't have any directions, just a map of part of Granada. Spent an hour driving around within half a mile of the hotel before eventually giving up and calling them. Anyway, long story short, DO NOT follow the road signs for this hotel as they are simply WRONG.

Once there I realised that it is a pretty perfect spot from which to tour Granada. Walking distance from the Alhambra, Albacyn area, and loads of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff were very pleasant and rooms were very comfortable and well decorated. The place is quiet even though there is a buzzing bar downstairs. Modern and comfortable place to spend a few days, without any extras such as Spas or such, but if you are in Granada to see it, why spend time in a hotel spa anyway?

Very good hotel, excellent location. We took the bus from the airport to the city central bus stop, then walked 5-10 minutes max to the hotel. From the hotel, it's 5 mins to the cathedral, the Albaicin is across the road, and we walked about half a km to the Alhambra. And if you don't like walking, there's a shuttle bus stop that can take you most places, just around the corner from the hotel. Also a taxi rank, which we used to get to the main train station when we left (7 euros).
The hotel is modern, clean, friendly and helpful staff, and down a side street from the Plaza Nueva, so it's quiet. Very satisfied, would stay there again.
One word of warning - we booked through Booking.com, and unusually their map and driving instructions did not show the correct location of the hotel. They're only a couple of hundred meters out, but if you went where they say, you would not be able to see the hotel. It's not in Plaza Nueva, it's in a side street just off Plaza Nueva, one branch of a "Y" directly opposite Calle de Elvira. The maps on Expedia.com and Veneer.com show the correct location. It's easy to find when you know this...
