We had a fine view of Granada from our small balcony but Granada is mostly a regular industrial / commercial town. The Alhambra was on the other side of the hotel.

The small bar terrace seemed to be the only place to sit outside.

Room was OK

No wifi and no public internet access

Staff were friendly but service was slow

Had a great time at this hotel. Public areas impressive and really catch the moorish feeling of Granada. We had a superb room (215) which had a small balcony, double aspect windows, and views across the city and to the Sierra Nevada mountains. It seemed to us that the terrace bar was the best place in the city for a late afternoon drink. A really special place, and although we looked at a couple of the other recommended hotels whilst there, we were glad of the chice we had made.

The Alhambra Palace, was a excellent base for visiting Granada. Right on the doorstep of the famousAlhambra, and easy to walk into the quaint bars and restaurants of the old town. The hotel itslef was restrained elegance with really good service. Thre restaurant was good, but the views were the best of all, taking coffee in the late afternoon looking over the city...stunning!

if location is the most important item than this is a good place. the common rooms are large and impressive.
breakfast buffet was very good,
the standard room we had smelled, had very tired and not clean looking bed covers and one night was all we could take. the service at the front desk was very helpful finding a hotel in cordoba. it seems that it is a hotel resting on its look of elegance rather than investing in the rooms
