if location is the most important item than this is a good place. the common rooms are large and impressive.
breakfast buffet was very good,
the standard room we had smelled, had very tired and not clean looking bed covers and one night was all we could take. the service at the front desk was very helpful finding a hotel in cordoba. it seems that it is a hotel resting on its look of elegance rather than investing in the rooms

In the way by car to Alhambra Palace Hotel, accesing from the city center, you can view a hoarding advertising: "Do you like to dream at the Alhambra?. Hotel Alhambra Palace"

The Alhambra Palace Hotel is a dream-became-true Hotel with very nice views of Granada and "la Vega". It's located only at a few steps from the main entrance of the Alhambra and the Nazari Palaces.

Our bedroom was mid-size and average clean. It was the 207 room at second floor, oriented to the city center, bathroom with a window to the outdoor and balcony. From there you can view an amazing view of the city and the Alhambra mount.

The people at reception desk was friendly and cooperative, but no more than the average. The hotel has a small parking outside. A parking lot attendant parks the car for you. It's for free, but your car must sleep in the streets.

The hotel salon is nice, very well decorated and large. It has two different spaces, one of them with a very large, continous window with amazing views.

Nobody told that dreaming at Alhambra was inexpensive, so expect a price according to that. Anyway, for us, it was a good value for our money.

We made the Alhambra Palace our base for a ski trip to the Sierra Nevadas. Wonderful opulent hotel- ideal as a special treat.
Ideal location - 20 minutes from airport and 30-40 minutes from the slopes - perhaps an hour from the beaches. Where else can you ski, golf and go to the beach in one day!
The tapas bars down in the town were very lively on the weekend. Never ate out formally once. Every bar gave you free tapas with every drink. It was so full of character.
We were extremely lucky with the skiing. It snowed day before we got there and then the sun came out! We had perfect conditions and really enjoyed it. Got home and was offered a new job. Think I'm off to buy a lottery ticket!

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are small but beautifully decorated. Try to get a room overlooking the city. The staff are extremely helpful. I was worried about having to walk up the hill from the city to the hotel but it only takes 20 minutes that even after walking all day! and it is safe, very safe. The only problem we experienced was that we could hear the lift going up and down all night long especially when stopped; it made a terrible noise but probably it is just my sensitive hearing because they have never had any complaints. There are some good restaurants a few minutes from the hotel. The view of Granada and the mountains is excellent.

A great hotel. It is just five minutes walk from the Alhambra and ten minutes waolk from the centre of Granada. Our room was lovely with a wonderful view over Granada, the food was really excellent and the service was just first class - even to the point that when we we were having dinner for my wife's birthday, the staff overheard it was her birthday and pitched up with two glasses of champagne and a slice of cake with a candle, on the house. I would go back there in an instant.
