“We'd recommend El Granado”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2014

Very spacious and clean. The location was perfect for easy walking to sights throughout the city. The street is very quiet, so there were absolutely no noise issues. Parking, however, is difficult if you're driving. I strongly suggest you have the staff advise you of the exact location of the parking garage before you arrive in Granada.

Room Tip: We had a double, ensuite room with a/c. We'd stay there again. Very quiet street. Parking and...

Wonderful hostel, perfectly located within the city. Beautiful clean room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostel has a very relaxed, calm atmosphere. Highly recommended and would not consider staying anywhere else in Granada.

Absolutely a great value, this small hotel/hostel is beautifully situated in heart of old Granada, walking distance from all the city sights. El Granado is on a quiet street, spotlessly clean, and owned and staffed by very pleasant folks. Would definitely stay again if in Granada.

Ann - it was a pleasure to have you stay with us and we would love to have you back another time. We are very fortunate to be located so close to all the sights and attractions but in a quiet street so guests can fully enjoy their stay and relax.

I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights in May, and it was such a fun and welcoming place. When they checked us in they showed us some good places to walk and eat. The breakfast for 2 euros was a good deal and quite pleasant before walking around. Our room (private bunk room) was SO cosy and we had no issues with our shared bathrooms (we had access to several). Not quite in THE heart of the center but no more than a 2 minute walk from everything in the centre of town. Awesome decor, good vibe, incredibly pleasant base for visiting Granada.

I loved staying here- after all the hostels I'd been in, this place was fantastic and such a respite. The bed was SO comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, and everyone super friendly. The kitchen was great, too! Pretty much the best place I've stayed over the whole 6 weeks I've been traveling!
