“A great morning.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2012

We really enjoyed this park. The guided tour was excellent. Really informative and very funny. It is not a very big place and with out the tour would not take time to look round, so definately join the tour. We got to hold a baby croc and take some "snaps" which was a real experience. This is a part of our holiday which we will talk about for years to come, especially Big Daddy. Very enjoyable.

“fun experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2012

We decided to visit the crocodile park, we had heard it was small and you could be in and out within a few hours. It was indeed small, but compact. There was a cafe and a souvenir shop. We had a walk round, it was pretty and well marked out. At set times there were talks on the crocodiles, when you could hear all about the crocodiles. Jose - the guide - was soooo informative. He has such a passion for all things crocodile and was really easy to listen to and he was willing to answer all questions. Finally you could wait for a chance to hold a croc and have your photos taken. Unlike many attractions there was no 'official' photographer taking pictures that you had to pay for. A refreshing change. It was a very enjoyable visit. Prices were not expensive at all.

“Exceptionally interesting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 2, 2012

We went over half term on a cool and overcast afternoon with 2 children. This is not a cheap entry fee for a family but the tour was exceptionally well done and the park kept the boys happy for more than three and a half hours. We were all completely engrossed by the talk, perhaps because we didn't want to miss the keeper being eaten as he performed a number of feats including moving and stroking the crocs to illustrate the points being made about the life and physiology of these living dinosaurs! We learnt so much and the conservation and experimental work that results from this park is genuinely useful to all of mankind. We will return again to see the crocs in their 'summer' homes, and to see if the keeper has survived........ The restaurant is a little primitive but not expensive and the gift shop is typical of any 'zoo' but we loved the place and all of the staff were friendly.

“Excellent couple of hours”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 2, 2012

For a park with crocodiles as the main attraction, this was surprisingly good value. Jose the crocodile keeper gave an highly informative and entertaining tour culminating in a chance to be photographed with a baby crocodile.
Not an all day event but well worth a couple of hours.

“Interesting.... but pricey!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2012

We got some vouchers for free kids entry..... hence our visit. The place is exactly what it says. There are loads of crocodiles and perhaps a few other creatures (e.g. snapping turtles I think). You are free to wander around and there are organised 'tours' of the place which are definitely worth attending as they are VERY interesting (you can even hold a baby croc). There is also a little 'theatre' showing a video about crocs and a small kids play area.

There is a decent food outlet, for snacks. drinks and ice creams. The food was basic but perfectly edible (and it took card payment). There is also a little shop.

My main gripe is the cost. As it was, with the vouchers, we only paid for 2 adults (about 30 Euros). However, I would have really felt cheated if we had paid for our 4 children as well as it doesn't take much time to get round the place! Definitely worth a visit.... if you can avoid paying full price!!
