3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2013

We stayed for a week 7th June,
Rooms, Pool area and hotel in general is very clean, food could be better.
Hotel was very busy when myself an my partner stayed, so we where unable to have a late checkout, not ideal considering the hotel doesn't have a suitable room to get showered and changed etc, could be alot better.
The shower room is located in the pool side toilets, not the best.
The staff where friendly, especially Pepe at the pool bar, overall a decent hotel for your money.

Room Tip: Ceiling fan was very loud.

My family and I recently stayed here at the parasol garden. I have stayed in torremilinos many times and thought we would try parasol this time around we were very pleased with our choice. We had a room on the 9th floor and the views of the beach were fab! The food was good always something we liked, and the drinks great especially on all inclusive!!! The location is lovely as its very close to the beach and you can walk all the way to the marina which takes about 40mins with plenty of shops and arcades for the kids!! We will deffo return :):)

Room Tip: I would ask for a room from the 6th floor and up for good views.

Hi stayed for a week 12th June with my niece and her 2 children , rooms were very clean but found the staff very unfriendly , especially the maitre `d , he was very rude , lights went off at breakfast and evening meal , despite guests eating , dining room , open until 21.30hrs but food was taken away before that , so could only have what was left , which is very frustrating . Enjoyed pool area but jacuzzi dirty , kids enjoyed ot but would not be going back , note food on friday and Saturday nights were the best when spanish were staying for weekend and no lights put out then or food taken away . . Pepe was very nice and the man on reception was very helpful when we arrived , on a nicer note, Shame really , cos hotel has potential that a bit of tweaking could put right but would not go back .

Room Tip: keep away from rooms near lifts

Just wanted to say a quick word about this hotel because it is far too good not to. I have stayed here 3 times now and just returned home yesterday :'( but we are going again in august so it's not too bad lol :)

The only thing that needs to be said about parasol garden is that it is excellent. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is crystal clear. It is very safe and private. The rooms are spacious, immaculate and there are 3 lifts. Air conditioning is free and there is also a ceiling fan. The food is always very good, tasty and fresh and changes every day, a large selection to suit everybody, I have never had better all inclusive food anywhere. But that being said I have saved the best to last: the staff. Absolutely everybody is pleasant and friendly to you. From the maintenance staff to the reception staff to the director you could not ask for nicer more accommodating people. In particular Pepe at the bar has become a firm friend, I'll go for the best barman in Torremolinos and both Antonios are also super friendly too. The entertainment staff rafa and gisella are really fun and friendly and my daughter cried about having to leave because she has grown to love them so much. Don't look past this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing family break, it is not club 18-30 it's not trying to be, it's about chilling out having a safe place where your children can play and you can eat drink and be merry. LOVE IT.

stayed here for a week 1st June, hoped for a quite time because it was term time, room clean and the staff very friendly, Pepe at the bar was lovely. Food ok but got a bit fed up with it and it was often cold but there was a microwave. entertainment (rubbish) it was for the kids which only took place inside so that was disappointing. most of the guest there were friendly to met some nice people but towards the end of the week i was told that i couldn't keep the room on because they were full, ok fair enough but they didn't tell us they would be full with spanish children, i like kids and most of them there were lovely. But these schools turn up with what seem to 100 kids and they took over the place and the noise ,OMG,they reminded me of a swarm of bees, not what we were expecting!!!
So was very gald to be coming home. Don't think we will go back

Room Tip: we were on the 4th floor room 415 it was ok but make sure u shut the inner door because you can hear...

I was at the hotel on June 12 (bedroom 417), which just spent ums night ... the longest of all. The hotel has no quality for the price charged. Here are some points: * room with insufficient cleaning; * tv World War II .... which was impossible to make it work, * there is no wi-fi in the room (just next to the hotel reception. Where was impossible to work because so immense noise.) * breakfast was ashamed ... offer "margarine" instead of "butter"; * coffee ... is impossible to drink ... the smell and bad to know ... could be anything ... BUT IT WAS NOT COFFEE * minutes before closing time breakfast, and remove all the lights off ... even with clients in the room (no respect to customers); * the pool is in the shade of the hotel all morning (the place was not well chosen) * Jacuzzi was very dirty ... and also the pool because the hotel does not give attention to this area as used ph, which can transmit serious skin problems) * cut the palm trees on three consecutive days from 8 to 11am with machine in a hotel full ... was unbelievable (Do they not know that it is better to cut the time in the low season and time appropriate?);

Dear costumer,
The room cleaning is done daily, television if old televisions, cathode ray tube as in hotels 4 **** stars that work perfectly (tested personally).
The Free wifi in the reception there in the living room, on the terrace, at the bar, and in the garden.
At breakfast we always have both butter and margarine, and if no is replenished.
The coffee machine took it with empty (hot water and coffee grounds) that snuck into the restaurant once closed.
Regarding the pool, this is the first time I hear such a complaint. The pools have them checked by an outside company and this week rose a little PH, but the next day was regulated.
The theme of palms, can not be done at another time, because now is the time, all around the palm trees were also being cut. And since we have a large number of palm trees, we decided to narrow for the garden areas for 3 days 8 to 11 am. Instead of closing the garden completely for a day, which would not be reasonable given that they could not use any hammock.

Had a great holiday here.I came with my partner in June. The hotel was clean. The pool area was great and the gardens well kept. After reading about the food being not very good I was a bit sceptical but food was fine. The breakfast was basic but always something there that you could eat.The hotel is close to beach but bit further away to main night life, however as we stayed all inclusive we tended to stay around the hotel. This is a very spanish hotel with lots of spanish guests there during our stay but we still had fun with other english guests.Overall had a great time at this hotel.
