Just returned from a week A/I, Five Adults and Three Children, To be fair the hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, The rooms are average could of been a bit bigger, The pool area is nice, but the dissapointment for us was the food, Not a great choice at all compared to other A/I we have been to, The snack bar consisted of bread buns,jam, cheese and cake, no crisps for the Children or even worse Ice-Cream, you could only get it at meal times so through out the day if your Children wanted Ice-Cream you had to pay for it, Been to the resort before and the Beach Club was a better Hotel More going on for the Children and Adults, also better Entertainment, If you really want to have a great holiday try the Concorde El Salam Hotel in Sharm El Shiekh, one word for it FANTASTIC

took wife & 2 children august 2005.located 150yards from long sandy beach in quiet area. half an hour walk along the sea front to the main shops.some bars & shops within 5 mins walk.hotel food very good.rooms are like mini suites,lounge, bedroom & bathroom.very clean!evening entertainment was ok .get in early to get a seat. pool area is excellent with a poolbar.if you want a good all-inclusive hotel, pick this one.i would book another holiday at this hotel without a doubt!!

Just returned from a great stay in this hotel. Weather very hot still and hotel not full so plenty of room round the pool and quiet location. Entertainment in the evening varied but a brilliant Elvis evening. Mostly Germans in the hotel, everyone very friendly. In a quieter part of Torremolinas but everything in walking distance. Takes about an hour and a half to walk to Belamadena along the promenade. Would definately go again.

The taxi driver got lost finding the hotel from the airport and so i am convinced the 15 euro he charged was on the high side. Checkin worked well but we did have to wait in reception for nearly an hour for our room to be ready (probably due to us saying we were going to arrive after 20:00 - the flights were changed). They offered out arm bands immediately though and we went for lunch. The room appears tiny as you walk in but there is a door to the other large double room. Our son was happy he had the TV and sofa. Remember to ask for the safe key when you check in for which there is no charge. We asked for extra pillows and they were there by the time we went back up after the sunbathing. The pool is a good size with a seperate small one for small kids. We adored the "pool" bar in other hotels which were in the "pool" - this one is not in the pool but next to it but plenty of alcohol, water and sangria on a help yourself basis. There is a waiter too for spirits etc. The food is plentiful, but like all AI's I've been to very samey as the days go by - but i really enjoyed the cold meats and salads and the garlic mussels were great. The staff are great too - very friendly and don't know the meaning of pouring a measure of spirits they just carry on pouring then spash the mixer in the top. The only downside to the holiday was some of the other guests - miserable, naughty (Kids) and despite all things British you MUST reserve the sunbeds German style - get the towels on the beds before 08:30 or you wont get one - loads of them were reserved but were not used all day a real pain so please don't do that. Other than that ENJOY!
