“Great little break away”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2014

Stayed here with my 17 year old daughter in the middle of June. Quite close to the airport so nice short journey of around 20 mins to hotel. We arrived very late at night but hotel reception was very welcoming with friendly staff waiting to help & check you in. We were also offered a meal on arrival.

Hotel layout was slightly confusing and initially couldn't find our room as we had to walk to the other side of the building down some steps and past some indoor shops (fish spa, massage, hairdressers, sweet shop, clothing shop). However staff were very helpful and there were lifts available to gain access to the hotel rooms and floor 1 allows direct access to the pool. Rooms were very clean and spacious with private balcony. We had a very nice view overlooking the pool.

There are 3 pools at this hotel one with a small water park for the kids. All pools were very clean and maintained well.

Hotel was very family and children orientated especially the entertainment and day activities so perfect if you're taking little ones but not much to do for older kids/teenagers. They may get slightly bored.

There is a decent size terrace area for evening drinks and the bar is queue only for spirits. Soft drinks, beer, wine, sangria, juices and hot drinks are self service which makes life much easier!

The food choice at the hotel is very good with something for everyone. I was slightly worried as have an onion/leek allergy however the staff were extremely helpful and showed me exactly what I could and couldn't have. I didn't have any issues at all. They were brilliant, more helpful than back in the UK.

The restaurant is very spacious, with all drinks being self service. The restaurant is kept very clean and staff were quick to clear away plates and dirty tables ready for the next guest.

Hotel is bit out of the way with a 20 min walk to the beach or town however there is a free shuttle bus just down the hill. Beach is beautiful with golden sand. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants along the sea front.

Just returned from a week at roc costa park. Family of 4 and room was spacious and clean with maid service everyday. We stayed all inclusive and the drinks were great and food also good but quite repetitive. The Spanish visitors are an absolute nightmare, loud, rude and arrogant dominating the nighttime entertainment area where they smoked cannabis joints and also let their children run riot around the pool area, including urinating and opening their bowels whenever and wherever they felt like it which wasn't frowned upon Despite no inflatables in the pool or snacks allowed for fear of mess. Lifeguards seem to think it's ok to throw random children into the pool with no regard for their swimming ability to which I thought was unacceptable. ALL entertainment in Spanish with no thought for any other nationality so children could not really join in the fun and adults cannot participate in the "guess the song" type quizzes as they are all in Spanish. The hotel is in quite a poor location on the middle of a dual carriageway however the hotel does run a free bus service down to Torremolinos centre and to the beach which was good. Service at reception is excellent and staff very helpful. We had a good week as a family together but would never return to this hotel the Spanish dominate making it a nightmare

We stayed for 1 week 13th July-20th July, the hotel is nice, room we had was 2508 and on the fifth floor and very spacious, the pools were good and the food was fine, plenty on offer at all meals times and replenished frequently to keep things fresh,
The hotel staff work hard and are very pleasant in all departments, the hotel entertainment is simply geared to kids so if you dont have kids id suggest you look elsewhere
Now for the problem and its been mentioned on other posts, the weekends are simply manic with local spanish families, the pools become bedlam along with the dining room and quite frankly every aspect of the hotel turns into a zoo, 0400am spanish locals singing and dancing and screaming, such a shame as this pretty much spoilt our stay
Location is 15 mins from beach 10 of which are down hill, Torremolinos is a nice place, lovely beach, very hot and hotel is 10 minutes from the airport.

I would have scored this hotel much higher but for the weekend madness, shame..

such a shame as during the week is quite relaxing

Room Tip: high rooms have see and pool view

Hi all, my husband and I stayed in this hotel in June and will definitely not be returning. This is Butlins for Spainish, leaving us to celebrate having a glass of beer at the airport on the way home as opposed to the dreadful plastic cups issued. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day but the facilities need a serious overhaul, I don't want to share my sunbed with encrusted bird poo, nor sweat in the dinning room due to no air con and if you want to escape the rowdy families don't expect satellite TV as advertised. The food is not nice at all with the same thing being served every day and night, although a lot of snacks are provided if you really can't face the dinner hall. We found a boutique hotel just round the corner with the best cocktails ever for only 5 Euros so spent most of our time there. I would not want to waste a hard earned weeks holiday at this hotel.

hi there i was staying in this hotel for 10 day´s. This was not the best of hotels elevators were out of order allot and really slow so i mostly walked up and down 8 floors. The food was mostly really bad they managed to over cook everything especially the rice or potatoes . poolside was ok mostly kept clean but at bars and restaurant dishes and glasses where dirty. like the washing machine and parking your car there was 7 euro a day. internet in your room is 5 euro a day or a free extra slow wifi in the lobby.

We have just returned from 4 nights there.Let me start off by saying that the hotel was ok and the staff were nice and helpful, and the food wasn't the worse I've ever had at an all inclusive resort. The evening entertainment wasn't very good and seems to be catering for children, and what i don't understand is why it doesn't start till around 9:30pm. The worst part of this place was the spanish invasion,i have no problem with spanish people and understand we are on holiday in their country but most of them at this hotel were really noisy and really rude,my wife even had some spanish kid hurl abuse at her in english and ran off.We spoke to a few people and found out that July and August was the main spanish holiday so i wouldn't recommend english people coming to this hotel at this time of year.

A friend and I went for 5 nights last week and had a lovely time. The pool was clean and maintained well. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily with a lovely balcony and beautiful bathroom.

The restaurant was extremely clean and didn't see a fly in sight!! Good selection but we did end up eating a lot of carbs! Lol

We got the free bus to the beach which was lovely, lots of lovely little restaurants and shops perfect for souvenirs.

We also got a taxi to 24 hour square for a night out which was brilliant. Cost €15 each way. Don't go before 12pm though as it's dead! Lots of British reps bringing you to the bars and getting you good offers.

The hotel was perfect to have a relaxing holiday in the sun as well as a great night out (till 6am) not far from everything you want!
