Access to the gardens is to walk or taxi as no public bus service is available from Torremolinos. The cost is €1, free for the elderly or children. As value for money goes its a steal. The gardens are beautiful but there are many steps and slopes so no good at all for the disabled traveler. There is also a working water mill and birds of prey in cages. The apartment above the water mill was once visited by the King of Spain and his wife many years ago so the council decided to refurbish it. You can access all the rooms but there is nothing much inside although you do have a great view of the water features.
