My family and I are big customers of this hotel. It is an excellent rated hotel, In my opinion i would rate it 5*. We have gone here for 6+ years.

Restaurant:
Excellent Food, good selection for children (including pasta,chicken nuggets,burgers and excellent chips) The food has not once made us sick, in all our 6+ years with this hotel.

The Restaurant has gorgeous furniture in good condition, including baby seats for toddlers. The staff change your table cloth right after you sit down, so each person has a fresh table-cloth.
The plates are taken by the waitress' themself, though personally we would put our own plates on the trolley, just to save the staff some time.
The dinner is the most popular time.
As we use all inclusive, we find all-inclusive worth the extra bit of money for you can sit for the whole duration of the meal eating limitless.
The food was so nice that we went skinny enough, and came back fat. Not to say it's fattening, but you really can't stop eating the food it's just that nice.

Breakfast:
8-10:30
I rarely get up in time for breakfast, though the few times i did get up it was lovely. Good jams for the children, lovely crossaints and a nice toaster. The juices are not like they are described in other reviews -- THEY ARE GORGEOUS. There is a selection of Pineapple, Orange, Strawberry and etc in the juice machines.

Lunch:
Unsure of the times but in a guess maybe starting from 12:30.


The food is excellent like Dinner and Breakfast, it is highly 5*.



The desserts for dinner are no way like mentioned in other reviews. The cakes are lovely, the fruit is juicy and fresh -- and the icecream is in NO WAY WATERY. The flavours of IceCream come in Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla and sometimes a flavour i would call Coffee.
The scoops are amazing so i myself had to not just get a vanilla -- but a scoop of each flavour.
(Not on cones, in nice little dessert bowls.)

Pool Area/ Bar:
The pool is HUGE, including a kids pool which is small - but would fit about 5 children in.
There is 2 ladders and there is always a lifeguard on watch.

Bar:
Amazing drinks and icecreams, including yogurts from the Bar. There is lots of seat and at night there is an entertainment show on (Different each night) which is well worth watching, including a Kids Disco.

Apartments:
Are amazing and always kept clean. Maids are so friendly and do their jobs so well. The door handle to be honest was broken, called the reception and they sent someone right at my toes to fix it.

The staff I never see droopy, always a big smile on a face and happy to assist.



Overall, i love this place and will not go to another hotel or another holiday - Los Alamos Holiday, Camino Real!

Also to say;
Bar is closed at 11 sharp.
Secuirity Guard monitors all night and is quick to stop any hassle, though usually none.

My husband and I decided on a last minute break and chose this hotel. Only a five minute drive from the airport makes it ideal. After booking the hotel I read the reviews and so was wary. Admittedly there was no where to park apart from a side street and we had to wheel our suitcase to the hotel but thats no different to wheeling it around an airport. The hotel was mostly french, german and spanish guests and in fact we only met one english family the whole time we were there but that was fine with us. The room was of a medium size on the third floor which was served by a lift. However, please note there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. We stayed half board and we are extremely fussy eaters and normally just eat bread on holiday but both of us managed to select from the buffet and the food was really nice if a little cold. The room didn't particularly have a nice view from the balcony but we were too busy around the area to be in our room much. The rooms were very clean and the cleaners even moved the furniture when they cleaned very impressive. we spent a very relaxing day around the pool which wasn't too busy and there were loungers to be found. The pool was lovely and we swam lengths under the watchful eye of a very nice lifeguard. The beach was just across the road and although very busy it was quite litter free. The sand was grubby looking but they had a variety of water sports going on at reasonable expense. The one thing we never found was the souvenir shop that was supposed to be on site but we went for long walks and found the town which was very busy. All the staff were friendly and patient as I spoke in very bad spanish. The entertainment in the evening was good for kids and regardless of nationality they all seemed to understand what was going on. On our last night they had a movie theme tune quiz night which was highly entertaining and where possible instructions were given in various different languages from the multi lingual staff. Overall if you are looking for somewhere quiet a bit of a way out from the main hustle and bustle this is the place to go and next time would take the kids.

it's advertised like 4* hotel, with mini fridge in the room, toiletries... there is no mini fridge, toiletries means a hand soap on the wall, very old room, the furniture doors are eaten by bugs and that smell is all over the room, very noisy room, the corridor light is coming under the door, passing on 4th floor in front of room 432 I heard people having sex in the room, watching TV you hear nothing if your neighbour is drying her/his hair, a neighbour was urinating 5 times during the night, that noise woke me up every time he used the loo, very, very noisy rooms; the water had no pressure on floor 4 from 6.30pm-8.15 pm, no water at all, the hot water didn't work all the time, the electricity went off 3 times in 2 days, the phone did not work for 3 days, no towels for swimming pool,no side bed lamps and the switch of light is next to the door, the windows are not closing properly, 1 finger goes in between the frames, 1 plug in the room for TV, if you charge your phone you will not listen/watch TV, bad smell coming from all the drainage system in the bathroom, very old bed sheets, some ripped off, very uncomfortable"pillows" kind of pillows, not real ones, a type of roll for neck not pillows; I have never experience such a hotel, I do stay in 4* all the time but this one is like a house in the forest where you dump all the old, smelly furniture; same food every morning, no real coffee, no fresh juices, all chemicals from a machine, full of sugar and preservatives, instant coffee only;
Tell you guys, the outside might look like 3-4* but inside is probably 2*, cleaning poor, and I had to stay 12 days, luckily I had friends and spent most of the time in their hotels; hotel to the end of village, airplanes goes every 20 min and can be heard from hotel and the beach, hotel is just 5 min from the airport, is actually in Los Alamos, not Torremolinos; Just run away from this site, please, and read other reviews, and you will believe me.Just want to help you not ruin your holidays.by the way the lift is for 2 people or for 1 person and luggage only, very very small.

As we had booked this hotel and then read the reviews we were a bit wary but we had no problems. I travelled with my Husband and two children aged 9 and 5 and stayed in the apartments self catering. From Ireland I believe we were the only English speaking guests but that was never an issue, it was nice to go on a foreign holiday and actually spend it with different cultures.

For us the hotel was a bit out of the way from the town centre, as we were self catering we like to eat out in different restaurants, the town centre is at least 30 - 35 min walk although nice but in the hot sun with a 5 year old it was a bit too far. We ate breakfast in the hotel one morning and there was plenty to choose from, we ate from the snack bar a couple of times and the food was fine. We had a late flight on departure day, for 30 euros we were able to keep our Apartment all day so we could spend the day at the pool and then pack and get ready at our leisure.

The pool was lovely and had a sloping entrance for the children which was great as my 5 year old daughter was a bit nervous in the water at first but this was very safe. The beach is directly across the road and we would rent the sun loungers and spend the day there. The weather was very hot so you definitely needed the shade of the umbrellas. We took a couple of day trips to neighbouring Benalmadena and Fuengirola. We got the train (station 5 mins from hotel) very reasonable and clean. The zoo at Fuengirola was a bit expensive but well worth a visit beautiful surroundings.

The Reception, bar and cleaning staff are a credit to the hotel they were always willing to help and had a permanent smile on their faces. Our Apartment was left clean and tidy every day we returned they even folded our clothes!

The hotel provided entertainment every evening and my kids loved it they mixed and danced with all the other children and miss the nightly disco now they are home. We had a football for the kids to play with and as we all know football has no language barriers as long as the kids are scoring goals!

The hotel is a bit dated but by no means run down, the gardens are beautiful and the apartment had a good size patio with a table and chairs. We were ground floor which was ideal as the kids could play and easily run in and out of the apartment.

Would definitely recommend Torremolinos and the Camino Real just be warned you are a bit out of town if you like the atmosphere of the winding bustling streets which were lovely, plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, only warning if you have a 9 year old like mine who is a fussy eater there is not a big selection of kids meals the type we would be used to i.e chicken nuggets, burgers etc but most of the restaurants will try to accommodate your requests
