We stayed here Feb 2012 in a 1 bedroom/1bath apartment. The location was one block off the Carihuela so we coudln't ask for better location. The staff couldn't have been nicer, particularly Mary, who owns the Carihuela Gardens.
The rooms were nicely-appointed and were perfect for a couple. The kitchen was ample, as was the closet space, the beds were comfortable, the living room was a bit small, but more than adequate. You also get full maid service. The entire complex is very quiet as the rooms all face an interior courtyard
We also had a wonderful terrace off the master bedroom to go with a huge rooftop terrace for the building.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat. At 55E per night, you would be hard-pressed to find better value in Torremolinos.
