Just back from a lovely week at this hotel. As always I will give a honest review.
On arrival checked in straight away it was around 9.45pm. Was given a top floor room, was so top floor had to grt lift to floor 10 then had to walk another flight up ! Amazing sea view. Room was clean spacious, bathroom was lovely size. Nice extras in there such as cotton buds, shower cap..and a hair dryer. Air con was fine. Beds were not the most comfortable in the world but not awful. Tv in room few English news channels. Balcony fine chairs and table here. The only negative about the room is that I am quiet a light sleeper and I could hear the lift every time it went up and down, got used to it after a few nights but the first night I hardly slept.
The hotel building itself was very modern inside, plenty of seating areas. The pool was fab we loved sitting around here in the day. We never had a problem finding a sunbed. There was a separate children's pool and area what looked lovely. Also a pool at the back of the hotel which looked good to.
The food. We went half board. Breakfast was lovely full fry up, cereal fruit pastrys anything you can think of for breakfast coffee tea juice. Yes it was very busy when we went at around 9.30 and don't like to be rude but certain people from certain countries think they can push in barge past. But you get that everywhere.
Lunch we got from supermarket, a few days had lunch in restaurant along beach but its not cheap. Also one day we had it in the burger bar next to the pool that was quite cheap.
Dinner was lovely always something different meat fish veggy pasta veg. We went for a week and food wasn't repetitive at all. We're not big drinkers so didn't use the bars, one evening I had a glass of wine and it was 3 euro something, we got wine and beers from near by supermarket for a fraction and sat on balcony. We only watched the show once as its not really our thing. It was ok, not great but not terrible. Just miming and bopping about lol.
The area was lovely right on the beach. Shops nearby but don't buy anything from local gift shop as if you walk about ten mins along the beach there is a little street uphill that has so many shops and they are so cheap compared to the shops near the hotel. Went to the town a few times about a 20 min walk is nice lots of shops think you can get a bus there.
There is a large supermarket on the next street very cheap in there. Journey from airport is only 15 mins which is great. Also can get a bus to Malaga if you want.
All the staff at the hotel were polite and helpfull.
Overall we had a lovely holiday plus the weather was great. I would recommend to friends and family and would return my self.
