Just got back from this Hotel and found to be very clean and tidy, with great staff. Yes the beer was served in red wine glasses but then again who wants a warm beer, which is what you'd get from a pint. The service was very quick and free flowing, but what let it down was the quality of the food that said I always found something to eat. would I go back Yes

I took my husband to Torremolinos for a surprise for his 40th end of Sept and I must say we were not disappointed with our stay at this hotel, Staff were very pleasant, hotel in ideal location. The only flaw we could find was that the room decor was a bit dated, though spotless. We will return to this hotel if we decide to venture to Torremolinos again, which hopefully will be soon!!!

We went last Christmas.short and cheap train from airport. Our travel agent made a mess not booking 2 rooms together ,we had our 2 kid's ,but the receptionist sorted it out
Quietly.we went half board,im glad as I got a bit bored with the food.
No Turkey or chicken for xmas day, but unlimited desserts, wine, and entertainment.
Not be back as the wife didn't like it.

Good Hotel. Right in the heart of the town. Only a short walk through the back door located behind the bar and you are in the main shopping square, close to all the bars, ideal for people watching.
Stayed on a bed a breakfast basis and the food was good. As expected the usual full english and a large variety of other options.
The rooms are a good size and some have lovely sea views.
The view from the roof pool is amazing.
The champagne cocktails are the best.
Will be back next year.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view

Stayed at the hotel Cervantes as a couple at the end of October.

Hotel is nice enough, and if you can get it at a decent price for bed and breakfast then it is ideal. The rooms were nice enough, the reception area was impressive and staff were all pretty helpful when we needed them.

The hotel is ideally located, the train station is just out the back of the hotel (underground.... no noise), and the sea views are great.

We went all inclusive, and felt it was a bit of a let down on that front. The food was nice, but there wasn't a huge choice, and (for some unknown reason) on a saturday morning there seems to be a lengthy queue for breakfast. Outside of meal times there isn't really anything to eat, which means if you fancy a snack you need to pay. They did have croissants, bread and cheese etc sitting out in the bar, but none of it was covered and didn't look particularly appetising.

The drinks at the bar stop at 11pm, which is quite early, and the all inclusive selection is quite limited (includes peach schnapps..... but an alcohol free version?) There also only appears to be entertainment on a fri and sat night during off season, and even that wasn't great.

The pool area is quite small, and while it was fine for us, I don't know what it would be like in high season.

In summary as a base for a nice break in the area, it is great if you get a good deal, but I would go bed and breakfast as there are so many places that look lovely to eat and drink nearby.

Our top floor room was fine: very clean, fresh linen, instant hot water, efficient plumbing. TV was dated, some disturbance from late-night revellers and bottle-bank emptying. Plenty of food but somewhat second division - bought cheap, lacked flavour, some frozen vegetables (carrots, sprouts) badly cooked and inedible. We always found something to our taste,
though, with the best offerings from the griddle: fish, pork, chicken.
Good central location - we enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: Rooms on higher floors overlooking pool have sea view
