We have stayed at these apartments over many years. They were built around 1999. There is no concierge present, only at the key exchange. However, they are contactable by mobile and respond quickly if needed. There is good communication by prompt email prior to your visit. The apartments themselves are very clean and comfortable. Excellent shower/ wc facilities. Kitchen(ette) is modern and has all you will need. There is a coffee maker and hand blender in all rooms. The rooms are split into plaza view and rear view. Plaza view offers views over the square, where Casa Juan restaurant operates. Bear in kind this is a noisy affair. They start to pull tables out at 8:30 am and offer a service until midnight. Your view is often a sea of green parasol tops, under which there is a constant restaurant buzz noise. It can grate after a while,especially if you want to retire before 1 am. Years back, Casa Juan was a significant smoky restaurant with maybe 10 covers outside. Now it dominates the whole square. The rear view rooms are quiet, bigger, but offer no views or people watching opportunities. The rooms come with an electronic shutter which drowns light and noise. The location is excellent, two minutes from the beach, restaurants, traditional bars and also buses to torremolinos, Malaga, or fuengirola. There is a sun terrace with no pool if you don't fancy the beach. All in all these are worth a look and a visit. Only downside is the noisy Casa Juan!
