“Really nice ”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2014

Only a euro per person, we said we couldn't go wrong. Nice garden to stroll around and chill for 40 minutes. Quite near the Thursday market so we went after that. Just be careful when you call, closed from 2 to 6

“Well worth a visit!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2014

Lovely park/botanical garden on the outskirts of Torremolinos. Only a euro entrance fee, nothing if you are a senior. There is an old mill to look around, beautiful gardens, including a Japanese themed area, fountains, statues and all very well maintained. There are several cages as you stroll around which contain birds of prey, owls and some smaller varieties, cages looked a bit small for some of the larger birds although they were clean and the birds looked cared for. We spent a pleasant hour here, no cafe though, just vending machines. Easy car parking outside, no charge, in our opinion too far to walk from the centre but we were told you can get a bus which stops nearby.

“Great garden at the back of Torremolinos”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2014

The garden is quiet and well kept. It only costs 1 euro to get in. OAPS and kids free. No cafe so take a drink.

“A must visit - so beautiful.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 30, 2013

We regularly visit the Botanical Garden when in town. It costs only 1 euro to get in. It is not the easiest place to get to - involving a walk from the Market/ Football Stadium area, along the front of the pine forest and past the crocodile park and aqua park - or take a taxi up from town. It is well worth the effort in getting there. You will find beautifully laid out, very well maintained, gardens, full of statues, fountains and water flowing everywhere. A wide variety of trees, shrubs and plants. A collection of birds e.g. owls; falcons etc. A recent addition is the Japanese Garden. Very well done and so tranquil. There is also lots of history to discover in the old mill, powered by the water wheel. The gardens are so peaceful, cool and relaxing with the sound of running water always nearby. A credit to the staff who look after everything. A great place to go and chillax.
