We arrived at the club to be greeted by a new entrance and what an entrance. It is worthy of any golf club in Beverley Hills. Inside the club you are greeted by a feast for the eyes - marble, polished steel and glass. In the restaurant we sat on the terrace looking out over golf valley with the Concha mountain as a back drop. It is the meaning of the phrase Buena Vista. Now to the food. All the starters were very good. Four of us had the chateaubriand for our main course and they were just superb. The other four main courses were equally as good. For our desert we all had the same - Grand Marnier soufflé. This, I can only say in the words of that dear departed man Michael Winner, was historic. The whole meal was wonderful. The service was first class and what made the evening even better was the singer who sang a variety of music genres including The Rat Pack, opera and Elvis. What a treat it was. So if you want a treat and a great night out go there on a Friday night you will love it.
