We stayed here for five nights in September. The hotel is nice, the pool area is very relaxed with plenty of sun beds for everyone. There's also an adults only pool for premium guests.
Our room was a basic double, plenty of room over looking the pool. We didn't experience much noise from the pool area, apart from the Friday night entertainment which was very loud!
In general it's quite noisy in terms of being able to hear your neighbours or upstairs. I guess it depends on how noisy they are tho!
We thought the standard of cleanliness in our room could have been slightly higher eg there was a couple of hairs in the bathroom when we arrived and some dirt on a chair cushion.
We didn't bring a travel iron with us, so asked reception if they would have one we could borrow. They didn't, but do have an ironing service at 3euros a top. Considering we had a suitcase full of clothes that needed ironing we decided against this as it would have worked out cheaper to go and buy an iron!
Generally speaking the hotel prices are fair eg only 5euros for two cokes and a coffee or 6 for two large beers. Food prices are also fair and the food is nice.
Breakfast is good with plenty to choose from from breads, cold meats, croissants, cakes, fruit, hot bacon, eggs etc and also cooked to order pancakes and Spanish omelettes. Breakfast is available until 11am so no need to get up too early either!
We felt that it would be useful to have a little shop on site, as there aren't any nearby.
In terms of location, as clearly stated on their website, it isn't in Puerto Banus. It does, however, offer a free shuttle bus twice per day which is fine. Failing that a taxi is about 10 euros.
The TV only had two English channels and they took some finding (85 and 87).
Some people had commented about the staff, but we found them fine. Hardworking and attentive.
There is free wifi although a little inconsistent in terms of being able to connect, but generally good.
All in all we had an enjoyable stay.
