“Good choice for clean hotel with good location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 week ago

Excellent location with cafes and restaurants close by, beach promenade 2min walk, old town 5min walk, close to local bus routes but on a quiet but safe side street. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Definitely a good choice and a better quality three star.

Room Tip: Street side room balconies get afternoon sun. Back rooms open to playground area but quiet.

We booked this hotel for 3 night stay for stag party. Very reasonable. Short walk to beach and nightlife. Staff we're very friendly, room was very clean. No negatives, all good. Would definitely return.

We went on holiday to Marbella at the beginning of April and were not expecting the service and quality of hotel - for just a three star it was brilliant! Excellent location right next to the beach and lovely restaurants. Excellent service from all the staff. Really good breakfast too! Definitely will recommend and will be returning for sure!

Room Tip: Rooms looking over the pool is better than the other side!

Stayed at El Faro over the Easter weekend with 8 others for a friend's 40th birthday. The hotel is in a good location, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and promenade where there are plenty of restaurants. Our room was a bit dated but was clean and spacious. It was good to have a fridge in the small kitchenette. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was served until 11 am and had a good choice of hot and cold food. The pool was a bit small, but it was easy to get sunbeds at any time of day and the sun terrace is lovely.
We went to Puerto Banus on the ferry (15 euros) which was lovely and worth a visit. At night it is much livelier. Taxis cost about 10 euros.
We all thought the hotel was very good value and ideal for a short break. The weather was hot and sunny which was a bonus.

This hotel is located been the main street and the beach in the centre of Marbella. We were able to walk everywhere and only got a taxi back from Porto Banus as we had walked there.
The rooms are a good size with a kitchenette off this. I read one reviewer who said no kettle supplied. This is not unusual in lots of European hotels. We just used the saucepan. There are so many restaurants around and it is very reasonable to eat out.
This is not a luxury hotel, just a good 3/4 hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast had a good variety of food.

Really helpful staff who couldn't do enough to help along with clean rooms, but the rooms are a bit tired with no kettle even though there is a kitchenette. Tried to find a wifi signal but was sparce to say the least! Beware if you have a car the nearest free parking is 20 minutes walk away...

This hotel is ideally situated for all amenities, with the seafront just 5 minutes away. The staff cannot do enough for you and are so helpful and friendly, especially one particular female receptionist who went out of her way to provide us with some after lotion for our sunburn!! Our room was basic and a little bit dated, but
everywhere was immaculately clean. Overall a great value hotel in an excellent spot.
