“Nice hotel and good service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2013

Spent a few days in a suite and it was a very nice place. Room was nice and the bed was comfortable.
Clean and tidy and good service from the staff. We had a business function there and they served very well with good food and drinks all the time. I would pay to go back again.

Just back from a weeks holiday and i cannot find any faults with this hotel.

Well situated for a short walk to puerto banus, also bus to orange square right outside hotel as well.
The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and clean. Breakfast is excellent with good choice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool area good with plenty of beds.
I would not hesitate to return to this hotel or to recommend it to others.

Having visited this hotel in May we chose to return and spend our main holiday here. Yet again we were thrilled with EVERYTHING, the service, the staff, the food, the layout of the hotel, the spacious rooms and balconies..the entertainment...I could go on. It was our BEST holiday ever. There was live entertainment nightly, and on Wednesdays they had a FABTASTIC SPANISH guitarist who played, CLAPTON, KNOPFLER, MOORE, SANTANTA AND SO MUCH MORE. Then a Flamenco troupe who performed modern fun Flamenco with a twist. It was fun to watch and just long enough. This was based in the SEA-SOUL restaurant with a BBQ TO DIE FOR.There were around 20 salads, a pineapple studded with huge langoustine, fish, veggies, and outside Chef had the BBQ of steaks, chicken, lamb, kebabs, sausages, then a HUGE table sagging under the weight of the desserts. Not that they were heavy in themselves...they melted in the mouth but ..oh boy...what a selection !
Breakfasts are buffet style but again there is a HUGE selection, fruit, yoghurts veg, cold cuts, cereal, breads, butter, marge, juices, cava, bacon eggs, all freshly done there and then, crepes, sauces, sweet and savoury, teas coffees and hot chocolate,
The pool bar serves drinks teas, coffees and snacks..but I use that term lightly as the snacks are HUGE too. Manuel (head barman) makes THE BEST COCKTAILS EVER ! The barmen come around frequently to serve drinks, to change your pool towels and/or to help turn your sunbed..your every wish is catered for and ALL STAFF make you feel SSSSOOOO welcome.NOTHING is a problem for them.
I might add that I am a VERY WELL travelled lady and have visited most countries yet can HONESTLY say I've NEVER been made to feel SO WELCOME OR SO SPECIAL ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

Room Tip: Pool view rooms can be a little pricier than side view..which can be of a mountain or of a road with...

This is a really nice hotel. We found the staff friendly and helpful, the bedrooms were spacious enough, TV, Mini Bar, two double Wardrobes, TV (news), bedside cabinets, small settee and arm chair. Nice size balcony. The hotel is shaped like the letter 'U' with rooms surrounding the pool and rooms that back on to Gardens. We upgraded to a pool view room but to be honest we did not use the balcony much.

The pool area was small, but sufficient sun beds for early September. The sun beds were very comfortable and probably the best we have ever had. There is a beach club, but we did not bother with it as it was very windy most days during our stay. Pool area was good enough for us. Around the pool areas were also fish pools full of Japanese fish and Turtles, strange but nice.

We went B&B as we only stayed 5 days and the breakfasts were good. Champagne and fresh smoked salmon, plenty of fresh fruit and juice, cold bar, cereal etc. and two chefs to cook eggs anyway you want.

Hotel location is around 25 minute walk to Puerto Banus and 9Euros in a taxi to Marbella old town. Tapas bars are a must.

This is a hotel we would stay in again for a holiday up to seven days as there is not a lot going on next to the hotel, but this means its quiet........which is what we liked about this hotel. A short walk to Puerto Banus and a taxis or bus to the fast life in Marbella, will definitely come again.

Well done to the management and staff of the Coral Beach Hotel for make our stay a welcome and relaxing one. Thank you.

Room Tip: Rooms on level-3 are best for views

Me and my husband went to this hotel after 10 days holiday in Sharm el Sheikh and after having such a nice time there I was not very impressed with this hotel. I only chose spain because of the short flight. After 2.50min flight we had to wait another hour for people on shuttle bus, after which it took another 3 hours to get to the hotel. The airport is only 45 min away but because all the drops off, we were the last ones on the bus. It was the worst experience I ve ever had as I started to feel sick from all the turnings and stopings. A nightmare for me. When we came back we booked a private taxi which cost us another 70euros but I would rather pay than sitting in the bus for 3 hrs. We booked 5 nights BB and to be honest it was very expesive comparing to other nice hotels we've been to. Drinks expensive same as food so probably we would have been better off if we went all inclusive but then I cant imagine our final bill. If you want to stay by the pool which is overlooking the sea you have to pay 8.50 euros/person. I would say this hotel is more for old couples or if you really looking for peace and quiet as there is nothing going on around the hotel, unless you go to Puerto Banus which is 15min walk where you can find restaurant and shops. The pools were not cleaned water cold not very attractive. The weather was good 27 degrees so we really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good and we had dinner on a few ocassions and it was quite good.Staff was very attentive and smilling all the time. Next time probably I would go to Sharm or carribean as it cost us far more than I would expect for a holiday in Spain.

Myself & my friends went to this hotel to chill out & it was exactly what we were looking for. We had a lovely view of the pool & sea & the overall atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom had double sinks (a must for girls sharing!). The breakfast was good & had great choice to suit everyone. Just a short taxi to Puerto Banus but would prefer Marbella old town & Orange square. Will definitely be back.

Me and my husband stayed for a weekend in August. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was beautiful. The pool was quiet, plenty of sunbeds, although we spent the days down in the beach club and paid the charge for the sunbeds because it was so stunning down there. Breakfast was good, omelettes were amazing. We were only bed and breakfast so ate out in the evening. Pertuo Banus was a 20 minute walk along the front (right out of beach club) and was a lovely stroll during the day. Taxi in the evening was 7 Euros. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, the upgrade made a big difference (although all rooms looked nice), the staff were very friendly and it was exactly what we needed - I have no complaints at all and would recommend to anyone wanting a lovely relaxing break.
