“Old Town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2013

Very traditional and certainly not a rip off. Restaurants are very good. Bars are cool. All the shops are very classy, some quite expensive, but shop around as you'll eventually find something you can afford, there is that much choice

“Orange Square, so pretty at night..............”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2013

Marbella is a busy place but take a few minutes to wander far from the madding crowd to the old town and you will be surprised it is like stepping back in time to Old Spain.

Little cobbled streets lined with shops, restaurants, small hotels and bars.........

Go at night if you can when it looks so pretty with all the lights amongst the orange trees and at this time of the year when it is cooler you can smell the scent..........

The restarurants around the square vary in price and grandeur but the little tapas bars are always great value, the more spit and sawdust the better. Equally if you wish to push the boat out there is some fine dining to be had, go enjoy if only for a Tinto/Mojito/cool beer and a browse!!

“marbella old town”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2013

very beautiful area-very enjoyable just walking around-you can shop till pretty late, stop in bars, eat in great restaurants and just really chill out! some of the restaurants are outstanding but you would have to book well in advance especially if you want a table outside and watch the world go by!

“Love it in Orange Square”

Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and atmosphere, lovely in the evening just wandering down the narrow lanes.

lovely cobbled narrow streets & squares, lovely for coffee in the day and good choice of restaurants at night. beautiful old buildings a real feel of Spain and its culture. Had a lovely meal one night at small restaurant with a only a few tables outside. lucky to get a table outside as most were reserved all evening!
