We've known Marco,the proprietor,for many years,since he was a sommelier at the Auberge du Lac,at Brocket hall,in Herts.
He went back to Spain with his wife,and opened Skina,and with lots of hard work,attending to detail,has received a Michelin star for the standard of food served here,and well deserved .
The tasting menu is superb,and the restaurant,though small,is tastefully done.in previous reviews,people state that the waiters are brusque,but they are merely busy giving a high level of service!
It is pricey to eat here,but worth it for a special occasion,and for a change from gambas pil pil.and paella!!
