This place astounds me. It is always so busy yet the staff manage to tend to every single customer to the best of their ability. The ambience is perfect. You have the outdoor seating facing the fort for those hot days when you need una caña and some olives. Then there is the cosy, romantic and nostalgic interior for the evenings you fancy a good red wine and some manchego cheese. We enjoyed the tapas here and kept returning for the olives :-)
