Malaga is the overlooked gem of the Costa del Sol. Go look out the lovely central square to the shopping centre and the surrounding tastefully pedestrianised streets.
The central point of the city - shops, restaurants - wonderful to watch the world go by. Don't miss La Canasta - for coffee and cakes - wonderful selection and a great view of the plaza.
This is a beautiful square and interestingly the central cafe is quite reasonably in terms of prices so you can have a coffee and sit and people watch for a while. It is a great location for that.
This is the most important square in Malaga. The tribune for the Mayor and other celebrities during Easter week is here. That says everything, at least in Spain. Otherwise it is not very interesting. A nice square with some good eating places, notably the Cafe Central. Not more than that. But you will always pass the Plaza de la Constitucion, when walking through the Centro Historico. So remember the name!
A wide, open square which had a nice coffee/restaurant. Stradivarius was located on the side of it. Nothing special, though
