Nice old building which has been customised to be the Picasso museum. We paid for the Picasso exhibition and the additional exhibition...which the lady on the desk automatically charged us for without asking if we wanted both! A bit naughty / cheeky.
When you walk around the staff are grumpy and ask to see your ticket all the time. If you so much as lean on a wall or get too close to the pictures (some of the details are miniscule) then they race over to tell you off which is ludicrous and overly officious. They don't you take photos of anything, even without a flash.
There's a video room near the exit playing a 10 min long film featuring an interview with Picasso's photographer. I was engrossed with this, along with other people, but it was spoilt by a young couple who for some ridiculous reason had brought their screaming toddler to the museum who was WAILING in the nearby toilets, spoling everyone's enjoyment. At one point, 3 people stood up to leave the room to try to find the irresponsible and selfish parents!
If the museum wants to be taken seriously then they should not allow entry to anyone under 7 years of age as they are too young to appreciate art, they get bored and irritate everyone else.
