“Well worth an hour of your time”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2013

Well executed and professional 'trip' through Picasso's life. Audio tour provides a lengthy but interesting description of what you see. Something different to do and recommended .

“Small but if you are a fan a must see”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2013 via mobile

I am not a big Picasso fan but have the opinion of 'when in Rome ' so to explore Malaga we did this must see , won't take you long , but interesting nonetheless, there is a small ceramics exhibition downstairs , total cost 3eu but free on Sunday
Grab the audio guide to find out more about this great man and his early years before moving to La Coruna

“A walk through Picasso's life story”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 2, 2013

This museum affords one a glimpse into the influence Picasso's parents and birthplace had on his work. Very interesting, particularly information about the influences of the sport of bull-fighting and the fishing/sailing activities of Malaga. The audio guide was a much better alternative than a guide with a headset!

“Learn more about Picasso's life and about his successors”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2013

Allthough the staff varied in politeness and friendliness, the museum was interesting (lots of the items were on loan though, in other museums). I liked the audioguide, it gave you a lot of freedom exploring the museum. The first two or three items were a bit confusing though, we could not quite place where we were supposed to listen to it.
Downstairs there was a temporary exhibition with earthware made by Picasso, and across the street there was an exhibition from another artist, inspired by Picasso.
A divers and fascinating mixture, which we did enjoy.

“Free!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2013

The exhibition was by a friend of Picasso who tended to go for depictions of glass and roses. He did a funny painting in the style of Picasso which I appreciated.
