“My visit(s) to La Plaza”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2013

I have eaten at La Plaza occationally, I have hugely enjoyed a rarity namely a boomerang steak...Not to shabby. The food is a very nice blend of flavours, the soup is to die from and very filing. The service is very friendly and multilingual. I can most definately recommend this place should you ever find yourself in the neighborhood.

“Best meal in Andalucia”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2013

We spent 25 days touring Andalucia, and this restaurant was the best by a mile. Tables outside in the plaza are great for people-watching (lunch). The decor in the interior dining room is stylish and delightful (dinner). We had pre-lunch tapas, then returned for dinner after viewing the Morrocan/Spanish fusion menu. The Moroccan-style lamb and the Beef-steak with sundried tomatoes were both perfectly seasoned and cooked. Our waiter - Sala(din) - was friendly, efficient and informative. We discovered after praising our food to the heavens that the chef is English! Not expensive either, considering the quality - 65Euros for 2 x 2 course dinners, drinks and a bottle of the excellent house red

“Best restaurant in Malaga, Highly recommended :-) ”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2013

Love this place, food is excellent even though it is a bit pricy but it's good to treat yourself once in a while. You certainly won't be disappointed if you eat here. Can't wait to go back next time we visit Malaga

“Tasty tapas”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2013

We were staying in an apartment above this restaurant so was convenient for us to visit when we first arrived and were in need of a snack and a drink.
Service was quick and friendly, we had a very good bottle of cava and a few tapas dishes including some excellent chorizo, garlic mushrooms and potatoes with pesto mayo. All were beautifully presented.
We would return when back in Malaga
