Absolutely amazing, must visit. Bit of a walk, but there are lifts. Reduction for pensioners, take your passport or bus pass! Great value. Worth reading up about it a bit on Google first, so you know what you are looking at.

“Not to be missed”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2013

This is a very enjoyable visit through lovely gardens and the old Moorish palace. Best visited in the morning when it is quiet and the gardens are at their most fragrant.

“Use the entrance down the tunnel at the back of the town hall..”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2013

We used the entrance by the Roman theatre- but if you are going to climb through the gardens to Gilbafaro you might want to go up in the lift and walk down again esp if it is very hot, Saw a bride and groom having some photos taken-very pretty gardens, great views across the harbour and a historic monument to boot.

“Gorgeous views - bring your camera!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2013 via mobile

We really enjoyed exploring this monument, we took so many photos. Remember your sun cream and hat as it is all out in the sunshine.

It's a beautiful view point to see over the whole of Malaga and the sea.
