“If you have plenty of time”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2013

I was there end of August during the day.
It was nice but nothing special. It's very quite there, I haven't seen more than 5 people. I think it's very good place to have weddings as they have lots of facilities for this.
The entrance is 5-6 Euro. There is a small cafe on the territory. A lot of benches on which you can sit down or lie down and have rest in the shade of the trees.

I got there by the 2nd bus from the center and walked 15-20 minutes from the last stop of the bus. Not very convenient walking, but it's ok. There is a parking near the garden.

“An oasis”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2013

Summer is probably not the best time to visit, but we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere,, running water and cool tree-lined walkways.

“Botanic gardens- worth the effort”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

This was an excellent attraction, but difficult to get to Mon-Friday.
A number 2 bus will get you to within 15 minutes of the gardens, but it is a tricky walk along a busy road.
Well worth the effort however; the gardens are beautiful and well laid out. Allow a couple of hours, and make sure you try the cafe - fantastic home baked food and very friendly service.

“Super hot day but worth the stroll”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

It was a very hot day however the gardens were beautifully manicured. We took the long walk all the way up the wall pathway and around the castle.

“Stunning!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

A huge area with different paths you can choose among, if you want to see the gorgeous trees from all over the world, the flowerroute, and many, many others.
Former private ownership, with a beautiful white manor in the middle of the garden. Closed for public, but you can check through a couples of windows how it once have been... The owners had for a long time collected these plants, there are signs telling the story. The last owner gave everything to Malaga city.
For all kind of trees', plants' and flowers' lovers!
There is also a good café on the area. A special route bus take you to La Concepcion there and back.
You can easily spend a hole day in this special garden!
