We spent 4 days in the Chiclana area recently and ate twice at this restaurant. Though a bit sceptical the first time we pulled up outside (local area more of a commercial shopping district) the hubby was in the mood for a bit of chinese food so we ventured inside. We were the first customers of the night (opens at 7,30pm). The dining area is a large open room, with a very high-ceiling, and a food/buffet/cooking area at the back. Its buffet style so you help yourself to cooked starters/appetisers on one side, or build a salad from an extensive selection of options. Starters included spring rolls, chicken skewers, duck pancakes, prawns in filo, vegetables, noodles, fried rice, french fries, etc etc For main course you select the raw ingredients and bring them to the cooking area, select what sauce you would like, hand it to the chef and he cooks it for you there and then. You can choose from a selection of fresh steak, lamb chops, pork, chicken, prawns, tuna, squid, and various types of fish and some other things I didnt recognise, There was a great selection of raw sliced veg. Take as much as you want. The food was cooked in minutes, and was really fresh and tasty. The buffet for 2 people with half bottle of vino sol wine and bottle of water was approx 30 Euro ( its 10.95 per person and drinks extra, and 12.50 at the weekend, kids eat cheaper ). Waitress was cheerful and friendly , not a lot of english but we could understand each other. So if you fancy a change from Spanish food while in the area, you wont be disappointed! We went back a second night.
