The Regio is close to the beach, and bus #1 is convenient for going in to the old town. The outside is nondescript and obscured by trees. Inside, the lobby is nice and my single room was tastefully decorated with a modern TV and a/c with remote. The breakfast buffet was enticing, tasty and nicely arranged. The staff was really friendly (desk and restaurant). The Regio has a good vibe. Loud guests disturbed me one evening, so the walls are a little thin. It's fine to take bus #1 with luggage to the train station, even if the bus is packed. The driver and passengers showed me where to put my small suitcase. More convenient is the long-distance bus stop nearby (the first of 2-3 stops if you are coming into town, near a cluster of beach hotels). Overall, good value for money.
