Owner description: A few meters from the Mosque, in the heart of the capital of the Omeya Caliphate, the emblematic Arab Baths of Cordoba will move you to the peak of the Andalusi kingdom. Give yourself a bath and a massage under its arabesque architecture traversed by the light. Feel the contrasts of water on your skin, a great feeling to stimulate and relax yourself in one session.

“Very relaxing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 13, 2014

Lovely experience, Not cheap but worth it ( and for students, the massage is only 1 euro extra!) A unique experience to sip sweet tea in an arab pool. There is another, cheaper option in the Juderia but this is more central ( and right by where we were staying) and we had already booked before we found the other one. We would also recommend the Al-Andalus cuisine in the restaurant opposite.

“Wind down and relax”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 13, 2014

Pamper yourself with a trip to the Arab baths. If you are a hammam afficionado these are one of the best. Steaming and relaxing in a historic monument.

I recommend the traditional rub down with soap suds lying on a hot stone but they also do/aromatherapy massage. All relaxing in such a beautiful setting and the baths are quiet at this time of year.

Not cheap at 40-50 euros but you are worth it!

“Amazing experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 19, 2014

Cordoba has much to offer the visitor, and what better way to relax and recharge the batteries, is a visit to the ancient baths. Hot baths, cold plunge pools and warm pool, dimly lit by Moorish lanterns, soothing music and a hushed ambience. Smells of aromatic oils and sweetened tea on offer. It felt like a step back in time, completely relaxing and extremely atmospheric. Bring your cozzie. Massage must be pre-booked. Great for couples. Amazing ...

“Relaxing and enjoyable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2013

We were fortunate enough to have the baths to ourselves, having booked a 10am session on a November morning, and spent a very relaxing one-and-a-half hours enjoying the (recreated) ambience of an Andalusian hammam. The baths consist of a large warm shallow pool with three pressure jets, two small cold pools, two small very hot pools and a steam room. Sweet mint tea is served. We took advantage of a special deal that offered a free massage for us both with two basic baths tickets costing €24 each, so feel we had excellent value for money.

“great atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2013

The guy at my hostel advised me to go and try this place. I think it is worth the money for 1h30 relaxing bath. The massage is ok, could be better but for the money you pay you cannot expect anything better. Great athosphere and clean.
