As a Lutheran or not, this is an amazing and moving museum to visit. Being Lutheran made it especially awesome. The museum is the actual monastery that Martin Luther lived in as a monk before the Reformation and then as a married man afterwards. It has a wonderful flow throughout. Even though I knew the history of the Reformation, to see the artifacts and where it all took place was incredible. Plan on much more than the hour and half that is recommended though. At least half a day.
