While walking the Altstadt area looking for a restaurant to choose, our group wandered down a side street with several Spanish food choices and decided that the combination of Argentinian beef and Tapas offered at Picasso sounded good. The warm welcome we received from one of the restaurant hosts didn't hurt. Are we glad we decided upon Picasso. The personalities of the staff were fun (we talked in Spanish, English, Albanian), the tapas were some of the best we have ever had outside of Spain (the mushrooms were out of this world), and it was just a great experience. We ate outside on the patio. We enjoyed it so much that we we needed to take out a group of customers a few days later, we chose Picasso, this time eating indoors on the second floor (of three floors). Another night of great food and fun was had, and our guests also enjoyed the food as much as we did. Would definitely go back again when in Dusseldorf.
