My teenage daughter hadn't eaten much Japanese food before and wanted to try it. She had the sushi, whilst I had the noodles with duck. I can't compare this to other Japanese restaurants (except Wagamamas) but was happy with it. I liked the atmosphere - sharing benches with others. It was quick service, reasonably priced, and my meal was very filling. My daughter didn't feel full after sushi so had really delicious green tea ice cream. Good value, nice surroundings, probably not as authentic as some might like if keen on Japanese food. Open until around 10.30 pm, and no reservation needed.
