This hotel is off A 66. If you have a car, it's OK; otherwise, it is 6 miles to downtown Wiesbaden. The beds are very hard, and the pillows are very thin. When we arrived, we were given a room that was not cleaned at all. We were given another room, in which AC was not working properly. It took them 24 hours to give us extra pillows. The soap is wall based in the bathroom. When the bottle got empty and was not refilled, we had to go to the front desk again. We were a party of 2 women and 1 man. The front desk emplyee, after some struggle, gave us a new bottle of soap and said to the man in our party: "You are a man, you will know how to install it." The telephone system in this hotel is very funny: you can receive calls but you cannot call anywhere yourself. They are well aware of the problem, but nobody does anything about it, at least, not when we were there. You have to call from the front desk. The breakfast was OK. Adjacent to the hotel is a schnitzel restaurant. The portions are huge, the dishes are all very fatty. Parking is free at the back of the hotel. Overall, you can survive there for several days.
