“Pleasant Stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2015

Stayed here for just a night whilst passing through Wiesbaden. Friendly receptionist showed us to the convenient parking downstairs.

We had a stylish large double room with a nice clean bathroom. The hotel is quite centrally located on a peaceful street and I would certainly recommend staying here.

There was some renovation work going on whilst we were here, but it didn’t effect our stay and looks like it will be finished soon. It looks like the rooms are all a different style here, so I think it might be worth sending a request if you have any particular requirements.

Room Tip: Seems to be a large variation in the styles of rooms here. I would certainly recommend sending a mai...

we stayed at 'Hotel' Klemm for 2 nights [I i say 'hotel' as i thought the main difference between a b+b and a hotel was night staff-which klemm doesn't have,]

we were initially surprised to see the entrance hall way full of builders equipment, and the air full of what we initially thought was smoke, but that was dust,

We then had the huge disappointment of our 'boutique hotel' room, it was small, very gloomy ,overlooking the court yard [which was again full of builders equipment] with what I would consider a large single bed,but the biggest disappointment was yet to come...

the bathroom which was smaller than the bed !!!
i genuinely believe that anyone pregnant-or over a size 16 would not be able to move in this space
we went back to reception to request another room, but the staff member had left, and we could only find builders

breakfast was ok, and the staff were nice,it is in a pretty residential street, with easy access to the town, and the quieter areas of wiesbaden

but we did not feel comfortable in a building with no night staff [with a room door that looked like it had been broken into], in a teeny bed, with building works starting at 8am

We are confused at how this hotel won it's trip advisor award,or calls itself 'boutique' we have learnt from errors in the past that european star rating do differ to the uk which is why we rely on trip advisor .. but the only sign on the door, or hotel sign was the trip advisor one...no star rating

ps there is no room safe either
pps we were told by a staff member that our room is considered a 'medium'
we would not consider staying here again
....and the wifi reception is very weak

Very friendly and easy going hotel. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast really good! I stay here often for work. It is very close to a nice thermal bath. During the night the reception is not covered.
Really nice to sit outside, and if you are lucky you get a room with a balcony, really cozy and enjoyable in summer and spring

My wife and I stayed at this hotel while in town for the wedding of our friends. We not only enjoyed the chic room we stayed in, but enjoyed the water pressure in the shower and the delicious breakfast each and every day. The staff was friendly and approachable, and while the walls were a little thin, we slept well each night.

Room Tip: Medium rooms were plenty big for two people.

The hotel was very helpful and allowed us to check in early for my daughter's nap. They were very easy to communicate with via email. The staff is very friendly and the dog Lucy was wonderful with my daughter.

Location is about a 10 minute walk to the downtown. I didn't see too many restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast at Hotel Klemm is 5 euro per person and delicious. There is the normal German spread of cold cuts and cheeses, fresh bread, yogurts, cereal, cakes, and fruit. They even offer to cook a fresh egg for you. Take the breakfast!

Parking is a pain, even with the underground garage. It is extremely tight so be careful.

Cons: NO AC and walls are very thin, we could hear the neighbors arguing and the hotel door under us closing every time someone went in and out. The bathroom was also very small, but manageable.

I recommend this hotel!

I know Wiesbaden well so I knew that this hotel was well situated. It's right at the end of the nicest part of town, where all the cafes and restaurants have chairs and tables out at night. It's terrific, and very handy for the theatre and casino, should that be your fancy. I was travelling alone and got a tiny but actually very comfortable single room. It was quiet although it overlooked the courtyard. The bathroom was great and the staff utterly charming, as is Wiesbaden itself. For me, the car park was important. Sounds sad, doesn't it? But I have a classic car and parking in the tiny, crowded streets around the Hotel is asking for trouble, should I even find a place. This car park is easy to get into and out of and secure.Breakfast was delicious and the coffee strong. I set off for Baden Baden and wasn't hungry until supper. I'll be back.

Hotel Klemm is a wonderful hotel in beautiful neighborhood from where it is only a few minutes walk to the heart of the city. The rooms are refreshingly modern done in retro style with good beds made up with crisp white duvet covers. The ambiance is that of a family run hotel with friendly personal service, the breakfast the best I have had in a small hotel for a long time and an unbelievable value - you will last for hours on it! We had a great stay and would recommend Klemm to anybody visiting Wiesbaden....
