the rating would have been just super if not for the bad slip up by the staff who promised me that the stay would be extended upto tuesday morning and then abruptly told me on monday morning that need to check out; by then had made 3-4 calls to know if it would be extended and never got an answert till monday morning when was told to chekc out immediately; my german friend was surprised since that is not what he had told the hotel; if not for this bad experience, this is one wonderful property with rooms really good, a really good breakfast spread and quite helpful staff; the location is also central just 2-3 minutes walk from wiesbaden HBF.

I don't think you could get a better hotel for the price, location and service. The hotel staff were always friendly and accommodating. It was within walking distance to many great shops, restaurants and the train station. The rooms are smaller and basic, but very clean and modern, perfect for a short stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had everything you could imagine. Street parking is difficult to find, but they have a small courtyard to park in for 7 euros/day. The walls seemed a little thin as you could sometimes hear what was going on in the hallways pretty clearly, but this was never a major issue as the hotel was small and guests were tame. Overall, very positive experience, especially for the price. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

The room was simple but perfectly sufficient, the staff was very nice and helpful. Besides the odd architecture of the toilet, everything was simply exact to my purposes. I opted for this small hotel over the "painted pomp" of Dorint Hotel and this was an EXCELLENT CHOICE. I had a pleasant stay.
Wi-Fi availbale for free was a big advantage. Showers were clean and the water runs with a good stream and hot at all hours of the day that I chanced to wash. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The hotel is quiet and I could not hear my neighbors, allowing me an all important good night's sleep.
