Stayed for 2 nights in July. Room clean and small, but adequate for two. Steps from the ICE station and conveniently on major bus and tram lines. Tram/bus day pass was included. With the pass it was easy and convenient to get downtown or to the park. Excellent coffee shop/bakery on the other side of the transit station. Great deal for the price (~80 USD/night).
Possible negatives: No A/C. Room might be noisy depending on which way you're facing and if you have the window open.
