“A sleep over hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2012

It is just behind the main train station, so it is very convenient for the sleep over. The address road is at the same time a red district street, so sex is on sale. Anyway, hotel has a bad view to buildings just infront. Traffic is not so loud if you close the windows. There are small markets all around, and bars as well. Everything in hotel is in white. For me it is all too much sterile. Room is like modern, but everything is modest believe me. Room is too small. There are no slippers. Fitness and sauna are not worth mentioning because are just a mini model. But they are open i think 24/7. Reception is at the same time a bar - i dont like this idea. A breakfast is ok. I cant believe someone said it was his best breakfast in his life. It is quite diverse, but far away from high quality one. Someone is mentioning flat TV - well it is like my PC monitor. WiFi signal was very week, so i couldnt update my cell phone. Staff is correctly friendly, nothing more, nothing less. I was on a business trip, but sorry next time i will look for something better.

Room Tip: If you just need a sleepover okay, but if you like to hang out and enjoy some hours in the hotel - s...

In the heart of Frankfurt 3 minutes walk from the Train station. Nice small hotel, perfect for the business traveler,
15 minutes walk to the Frankfurt fair main entrance. Rooms are big, simple, no luxury items, (the phone is on the desk not by the bed) loaded refrigerator,
Flat screen TV, free internet, Full breakfast that can hold you until dinner time… Just came back after 7 nights and this was my second time there. As for the price – during a fair as any other hotel in Frankfurt price is high, on other days normal ($150.-) per night.

Room Tip: No A/C just force air!!!!

I arrived in Frankfurt, about 6 am, after a long flight from Brisbane, 22 hours, all told, and really tired, and to my surprise the room was ready, and what a room, !
So comfortable, the best sleep I've had anywhere, the bed and linen, pillows, etc, superb, and a wonderful bathroom, and all lotions,
The best was being able to open the windows and get fresh air, ! and on the 4th floor , leave the window open at night, and be safe, as no balcony,
A wonderful breakfast buffet, very central to main railway station, & a lot of cafes, eateries all around, and staff so helpful & friendly, it really lives up to the idea of " home away from home," certainly recommend, I've told my travel agent for her future clients, , Michele @ Brisbane , 3 nights, mid August,2012, thanks Dominik, Dimitri, Roy, and sorry girls, I can't recall the names,

Room Tip: try for front of hotel, overlooking the street, just nice to sit at open window and watch people on...

I arrived a the hotel at 8 am after a 12 hour flight ;and expected to have to wait until 12 noon for the room to be ready. To my surprise the check-in form had already been filled in; the room was ready and I could partake from the breakfast buffet.

Overall I had a good week long stay at this hotel. I was in Frankfurt for one of the trade fair and it less hectic and tiring than normal because of the convenient location.

There is a Sonoro radio in the room which doubles as a docking station for your ipod/iphone. This is not a luxury hotel but it has reasonable amenities.

When you walk into The Pure, there is a wall piece that says “What the *#$@ is Heimat?”My German speaking husband explained to me that “heimat” means home, but in a much deeper way, think “hearth”. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heimat)
The Pure ended up being our “heimat” for our European trip.
This hotel was originally picked due its Tripadvisor rank, proximity to the train station and the City Center (yes it’s a 15 minute walk, but if you were expecting not to walk/traverse in Europe, I suggest finding another destination).
•Dmitri was awesome in helping my husband check in earlier than my planned arrival (he was on his R&R) and my husband said he was friendly and helpful (and I saw no “attitude” for any of the staff reported by other reviewers with him or other staff)
•Minimalism at max- Quality shower provisions, deluxe bathrobes, safe, superb WI-I access for multiple machines (not the same in France). Those on complaining about TV size, especially on holiday, why are you watching that much TV?)
•Bathroom was awesome, albeit small, my husband and I were actually taking notes on fixtures to redesign our bathroom.
•AC worked for us. We also traveled during a time during a very bad heatwave through Europe and according to a guide; a lot of buildings in Frankfurt, even the financial high-rise towers do not even have AC. Completely understand if there were malfunctions as the AC system was probably overtaxed through the hotel. 40C+ (104 F) one day.
•Breakfast=awesome and we hopefully suspect they got their top quality offerings s from the Kleinmarkthalle. (I apologize if my husband ate all the bretzel bread and chocolate croissants) For Americans wanting eggs in the morning, they had that available, for those expecting a typical European breakfast, they had that and more. A very attentive breakfast staff made sure that coffee/ tea was always filled.
•Staff was very vigilant and sympathetic to us as waited for an USAA overnight package with husband’s credit card.
•Minimalism at it max- Quality shower provisions, deluxe robes, safe, superb Wi-Fi access for multiple machines (not the same in France)/. Those on holiday complaining about TV size, why are you watching that much TV?)
•A side note, there was this busy pizza joint at the end of the street we kept saying we would try after seeing so many people gathering there through various times of the day including late night.
•It was a good base due to how close to the Hauptbahnhof (train station)/ we could take a day trip to Heidelberg, even Munich (3 hrs).
Due to not having the luxury to pre-book trains for the second half of our trip, we were forced to end up in Frankfurt sooner than expected. We decided to rebook at the Pure for the last 2 nights, due to our earlier experience. Dmitri remembered us as soon as we walked in. My husband joked that if he got transferred to Germany next, I should get a job there, I'm okay with that=)

Room Tip: Rooms come with 2 twin/double beds, couples can move them together easily-or separate as needed=)

Had a good experience at this hotel...friendly staff, interesting design, and good location. Rooms are comfortable and cool, breakfast very nice...only complaint was the aircon made a screeching noise.
The staff was nice and the front desk person got us a free parking spot right outside their front door.

Room Tip: 2 minutes to train station or 20 minutes drive to the airport
