“Ein kleines Stück vom Himmel auf der Frankfurter Flughafen”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2013

A little piece of heaven at the Frankfurt Airport. Away from the hustle and the gates and a short walk from Terminal 1. Follow the signs for The Squaire and the DB Station. Paulaner is a perfect place for lunch or dinner. We found the food and the beer to be typical "Bayerisch". The wait staff is friendly and attentive. The meals arrived piping hot and were delicious. Highly recommend the Potato Soup and the Käsespätzle.

“Perfect meal for last night in Germany”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2013

The extensive menu and seating area make this an easy choice if you like traditional German food. My husband had an interesting salad plate with small portions of schnitzel, meatloaf, salmon mouse, potato salad, red cabbage and egg salad plus a giant plate of roasted potatoes; I ended our 25 day German trip with traditional wurst, kraut and roasted potatoes. Service was very attentive, beer selection excellent and all was tasty. Perfect ending to trip.

My husband and I just had dinner at Paulaner. I had a wonderful salad with fresh fruit and chicken and he had the meat loaf which he loved. What a great place for airport dining!

“Wonderful Bavarian Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2013

Tripadvisor asks if this is one of the best meals you've ever had in a restaurant. Of course that depends on so many different criteria. Honestly for Bavarian food ( and their beers ) this is one of the best. "Paulaner" is sort of a chain and so the food quality is always the same. They have another location at the Dom area and maybe other German cities, who knows maybe overseas. The Haxn was delicious, the dumplings are great, the beer? No need to comment, top of class.
Minutes from the terminals with quasi outdoor seating. No reservation needed, but if you are hungry that will be helpful. Portions are large. Guten Appetit.
