“Beautiful Building”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 21, 2012

The Old Opera is a beautiful building especially the restaurant and the terrace must be viewed. Dissapointing are the individual theatres - they are in the style of the 70's and is pretty boring

“Beautiful on the Outside”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2012

We enjoyed viewing this building from the outside and taking a couple of photos. However, we were unable to go inside any further than the lobby. There was a security guard stationed at the entrance to the theatre preventing tourists from even looking inside. There are a number of interesting cafes and restaurants surrounding the square. However, we continued on to "Fress Gass", which is only a few minutes walk and it provided more options for eating and drinking.

“see it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2012

Definetely woth a visit, see it, best as a spectator from the inside, also many restaurants around it to sit down and enjoy a beer, close to the "fress gass".

“Very pretty”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2012

Very nice place to see....Nice to take pictures out front...Nice cafe on the one side....but otherwise you can only see the lobby unless you buy tickets to see something...
You'd think during the day when there are no shows that they would let people in to look around since it's such a tourist spot...but nope.
There are bathrooms on the cafe side, but ask the staff...you have to take an elevator to get to them....
