“Good Hotel near the Central Railway Station”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 9, 2014

I stayed there twice in July as I was taking Frankfurt as a hub during my Euro trip so I stayed once 2 nights and another time 1 night.
The place is very close to Central Train Station a 3 minutes walk ( across the street ) and easy to reach.
The room was on the 6th floor and was somehow small (could barely take our luggage of 3 bags) but it was clean and the bathroom size was good.
The hotel is close to supermarkets , restaurants , MacDonald and subway/tram station .
The place is perfect for a 1 or 2 nights transient stay between trips.
The WiFi was for one person only so either me or my wife could use it.
Also the area around the hotel is not nice ; full of beggars/homeless and at night some drug addicts are in streets ( they were not harmful but I don't recommend staying late after midnight)

Tips :
1.carry with you small gifts from your country and give it to the staff at reception , it will make them happy ( I carried small key-chains )

Our room was nice enough, spacious and well cleaned.
However, there was a liking from the toilet, that kept the bathroom floor wet...
There were no blinds or blackouts, and our room was facing the main road, so it was too bright all night and and specially in the morning.
As we had only a fan, the room was too hot, and we had to keep the window open, what made it also too noisy.
The pool was great. And the location was perfect.

Good location, friendly staff & spacious comfortable room except from the fan was pretty poor and temperature in the room would rise quickly. For the money we paid it was worth the stay (40 euro per night), but if they were to charge any more I'd probably look elsewhere. The 10 euro a night extra charge for wi-fi was shocking though, most hotels do it free so this charge seems a rip off.

I chose this hotel because it is very reasonably priced and was located just minutes from the main train station. It was just an overnight transit stay, so why not? Didn't regret it at all. Room was small but sufficient. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful enough and wifi was fast. There is a good Malaysian restaurant just around the corner (called Selera) which serves very decent Malaysian food. For the price, this place was definitely worth it.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Hotel staff were friendly. Complimentary mini fridge stocked daily. It is literally across the street from the train station making it easy to commute. We walked along the river to Romer and it took about 10mins...There is an Irish pub on the corner next door that serves great food. Only warning is this hotel is just a few turns from the red light district, we ventured that way unknowingly and it got pretty sketchy really fast.

This hotel was a very short 5 min walk from the main train station. The room was small, but very clean and they have pull down shutters to block out noise and light at night. Had a good sleep which was the most important. I would stay here again for the convenience and budget value.

Hands down, one of the worst hotels I have every stayed at. And, the room I had was by far the smallest I have ever had.

The elevators are very small which make it difficult in maneuvering your luggage. One of them could double as an earthquake simulator. It shook violently as it moved up and down.

My room was ferociously hot when I first entered. It was 82 degrees F!!!! The old school radiator was pumping out heat like crazy. I don't know who had the room before I did but I cannot imagine anyone could tolerate that. The room did not have any a/c so I opened up the window as far as it would open. It was February so I thought that the room would cool off rather quickly. Wrong!!! Six hours later it was still 76 in there.

I know hotel room in Europe tend be smaller than those in the US, but this room was a joke. The bed was minute and uncomfortable. The blanket did not even cover my entire body. One flimsy pillow. There was about 8 inches between my bed and the desk.
