I stayed just one night and arrived exhausted from a transcontinental flight. I stood at the bottom of the front steps for about three minutes waiting for a bell hop to grab my bags and nothing happened so I had to schlepp them in myself under the gaze of a bored concierge. After this inauspicious start the stay was pleasant. My room was in the old building and was full of armorials and Biedermeier furniture in a red and black decor. Great beds and bathroom. All in all a good choice for business but perhaps not for leisure travel.
