Found this nice little Thai place just off the Zeil and it was a welcome relief from the maddening crowd of shoppers. Greeted on entry and given a choice of tables and menu in German and English. Service was friendly if not the most polished (took a while for the drinks orders to be taken and then to be delivered) and the small narrow restaurants is standard Thai budda's etc and is a bit tired and worn.
The food is the big positive being fresh, tasty and plenty of it. Starters of spring roll and chicken with peanut sauce were both very good. mains of chicken and beef with three different rices were overall very good but I do find that German Thai's tend to be less spicy than English so if you like your food spicy hot it's best to ask for extra spice. Mine was a little bland for my tastes.
Two Thai beers and a bill of 35 Euros for a late lunch was good value. Recommend if in area.
